From the minute Juan Carlos picked us up until the minute he dropped us off, our visit was perfection. This wasn't my first trip to Le Blanc (it's one of my all-time favorite places to visit); however, this trip was a work retreat with a team of 12 people (my husband joined me, and we extended for a little time for ourselves as well). PLANNING: We communicated with Roger prior to our trip to arrange all of our activities, dinners, and meetings, which made the event completely stress-free (and even as the people planning the event, we got to relax and enjoy). While we were there, both Roger and Ingrid ensured that every single thing was perfect and exactly as expected - or should I say beyond expectations. SPA: While we worked, we also snuck in quite a bit of R&R and team building. We each enjoyed a spa treatment. The spa is relaxing and totally luxurious. I highly recommend booking a treatment and make sure you go early to enjoy hydrotherapy (my treatment was a massage—10/10!). It's a bit spendy but it is worth it for sure. POOL: The pool is large and relaxing, with lots of places to sit. It has a nice spa vibe (instead of loud music). Lucy, Jessica, and Henry helped set up our seats each day with towels, umbrellas, and buckets of ice water - and a relaxing cucumber treatment right at the pool (the best time of day!!). Our servers, Diana and Jeanette, were very attentive; we never felt like we were waiting around for drinks or to order. I also love that the main pool is relaxing, but the back pool (lagoon pool) is more active. My favorite day of the week is the day they have a violinist play at the pool - it's really fun because he plays current hits on the violin. Griselda is a very sweet lady and kept the pool area in tip-top shape all week long. RESTAURANTS/FOOD (the best part!): BREAKFAST: We visited the buffet for breakfast most days, Frida always had a smile on her face and ensured we had a table large enough for our party for the days our team was there. Another breakfast option we loved was the Terraza restaurant (which is a la carte) because it's outdoors and overlooks the ocean. Beautiful. LUNCH: We most often had lunch served at the pool or the beach. I recommend chips and salsa and al pastor tacos. The lunch menu is pretty good, with lots of options like burgers. Lunch takes a little bit to arrive (usually 45 minutes), so give yourself time if you order at the pool. The buffet is always open for a quick lunch and has a good variety. DINNER: Chef Heber hosted a special Diamond dinner for us, and it was, hands down, the best Mexican food any of us have ever had. He literally outdid himself with everything from tacos to fajitas, quesadillas, and more. You won't be disappointed with any of the dinner restaurants and there are lots of options - it doesn't seem like you're dining at an all-inclusive. Alberto Mayo/Jorge was someone who we saw frequently checking in with us in restaurants during our stay to ensure everything was perfect. Our two favorites are the Italian (Bella), where Thomas & Pascale took great care of us, and Yama, which is Japanese - excellent appetizers and sushi. If you visit Lumiere, the French restaurant, you MUST try the beef cheeks, I think it's my favorite meal of all time and Emilio was such a great server. While I do love Lumiere, I feel like it could use some plants since the tables are a bit close together. The manager there was lovely, though, and she always came by to say hello and check on our meal and experience. SHOWS: Several nights each week, there is entertainment. The Mentalist is the best show I've seen in a long time. I've seen it 4 times now and each time it's different and kind of unbelievable how good he is. My husband loves the fire show. NIGHTLIFE: Most nights, we started with cocktails in the Lobby bar, where Alexandra took care of us. They have live music in the lobby some nights which is nice but it starts at 7 - I do wish it started a little earlier (630) as many of our dinner reservations were at 7 and it seemed the lobby started to clear out around then. There is one club/bar at Le Blanc, and it's fun with a live band some nights and Karaoke some nights. Gilbert, Hector, Luis, and Artemio took good care of us. Artemio is an especially funny guy, and you can tell he really loves his job. OTHER: There is a market nearby where some of our team went and did a little shopping, but we spent most of the time at the resort. If you're a golfer, there are lots of options within about a 30-min drive (we play Riviera and Moon Palace most often but there are others too). The beach is gorgeous for a nice walk and you can also walk to Beach Palace for a drink. Overall, it's our home away from home. Le Blanc is my happy place, and if you visit, you'll know exactly why. It's truly everything a vacation should be.

Excellent service! We stayed at Leblanc in May for my birthday celebration and the food, the staff, the restaurants and our romantic dinner reservation was outstanding. The waiters specifically Daniel, David and Manuel at the buffet restaurant were great and attentive. Our waiters at the romantic dinner were outstanding also.

The Le Blanc Hotel is the most wonderful stay we have ever had! We originally were scheduled to stay at another Palace Resort & transferred to LeBlanc Day 2 of our vacation. We can't say enough about how beautiful the resort is! To begin, I would like to acknowledge the amazing staff they have! Firstly, we must give gratitude to Raul and Lorena for making this stay happen...& INCREDIBLE! Our Butlers Rosa and Eduardo made us feel incredibly special...making special arrangements to assure our one year anniversary was unforgettable!. Patricia was our concierge who made arrangements for our special dinner on the beach as well as added a surprise dinner for our actual anniversary. She went above and beyond to assure our experience was amazing. She communicated with us to let us know she reserved special seating for us for all shows. Erick(Blanc Breakfast) always greeted us with a great smile and treated us like we were the only ones in the restaurant! Lucinda(pool concierge) made certain we had our chairs reserved and ready every single day of our trip! Maira(lobby bar) always had a smile on her face & checked on us consistently. Ivan(Cavo bar) made us excellent Old Fashions and remembered each day what we drank. Our beach dinner couldnt have been as special without Roger, Tomas & Gerardo. They worked so hard to make our special evening incredible! Then... there was Ariel......the amazingly talented violinist who played our wedding song....Cannon in D....& NAILED IT!!! Finally....but certainly not least...our trip was completed with a very special driver named Juan Carlos. He made certain that our trip to the airport was safe, efficient and informative(protective). We had an amazing time at Le Blanc Cancun! Before we arrived, Patricia the concierge, booked our spa services, dinner reservations & excursions; she was the best! The staff including Ingrid at check-in, the pool attendants José, Omar, and Carlos, and Nayibe in the nail salon, all made our stay special. Jose and Roberto our 8th floor butlers, surprised us with balloons and a rose petal message on the bed to celebrate our anniversary! The culinary team was incredible! The head chef, Chef Heber, reviewed our food sensitivities at the beginning of our stay. The manager at Bella (can't recall his name) and Miguel, the manager at Blanc, were so incredibly welcoming. Chef Erving, Chef Louise and Chef Christian went above and beyond to provide incredible food, even creating nightly menus just for us. The service and hospitality at Le Blanc Cancun made our vacation unforgettable! We can't wait to go back!!!

Byli and Rodrigo butler service at Le Blanc was top notch! Excellent job at our stay. Very attentive and friendly. They were always checking on us for any services, concerns or questions. We weee very happy with their service. Highly recommended to stay at Le Blanc.
