Good food and best service
We had a great time here!! We took our 13 and 15 year old. Our beat part was the service and the food!! Or favorite person was Alejandro! He provided us with the best beach service and made the experience a reason to come back!

Getting married here was a huge regret!
Getting married here was a huge regret We chose Villa Del Palmar for the oceanfront ceremony space and because my parents have been timeshare owners here for over 18 years, and we booked far in advance. Unfortunately, our experience—from planning to the wedding day—was filled with communication failures and avoidable mistakes. Emails went unanswered for weeks, and we had to send multiple reminders just to receive deposit payment links. Even after paying a non-refundable $4,000 deposit, we were later informed there might be construction at the only on-site wedding venue, with no clear plan or timeline to resolve it. It also took weeks to confirm our ceremony start time, which delayed finalizing and mailing our invitations. On the wedding day, guests weren’t ushered to the ceremony on time, the bridal party wasn’t lined up, and the ceremony started about 25 minutes late. This left us rushed for photos and reduced our daylight for pictures. Dinner service arrived late and cold, and the playlist we provided wasn’t followed. The on-site coordinator left early without a proper handoff, leaving our card box, guest book, and camera unattended overnight. When they were returned, they had been vandalized—cards missing, cash stolen, and checks destroyed. Our assigned coordinators were Gabriela Uribe (Groups & Weddings Manager) and Alvaro Vergara (Sales Executive Cancún); the issues described occurred under their coordination. The location is beautiful, but the mismanagement and lack of care turned what should have been a joyful celebration into a deeply stressful experience. Getting married here was a huge regret.

Wonderful vacation!
This was a wonderful vacation. The services, amenities, cleanliness, pools, staff, food, location and beach views. We Will definitely be back!
