I loved my ability to do whatever I wanted when I wanted. Great luxury. Everything provided in my one bedroom apartment to live and cook for myself. Two bathrooms. Two tvs.great balcony and outdoor furniture. Great housekeeping and a/c with ceiling fans.

The spas at the Villa Del Palmar hotels are always great! The hydrotherapy at this hotel is outdoors amidst palm trees and beautiful tropical plants. It is included with your massage and consists of the steam room and jacuzzi, with a dip in icy water that is exhilarating! The massage rooms are very private small huts and the service is excellent, professional, and courteous. I had a "Uxmal Aroma Signature" 90-minute massage, it was a bit pricey but so worth it. Esmeralda was my masseuse, my sister's was Kate. Both excellent! The tip is included but we still left them extra because we were very satisfied. The only complaint we had was that we didn't receive the 15 percent discount that our room rate gave us. We found out when we got home, so we are going to call and see if we can get a credit on our credit card.

We recently stayed at Villa Del Palmer Cancun Luxury Resort for an all-inclusive getaway with my wife from April 16 through 21, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. A highlight of our stay was spending time at the Legends Bar, where Adrian and Azucena went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing time. Their attention to detail, friendly demeanor, and expertly crafted cocktails made every visit to the bar a delight.

Tequila tasting was totally worth it. Very knowledgeable and learned about new flavors. Resort is very nice and clean. Pool and bartender service is frequent but not bothersome. No overcrowding issues. Highly recommend for a nice short vacation.

Villa del Palmar was as amazing as always! The facilities are impeccable and the food never disappoints! I took my sister and 5 girlfriends to make new memories together. We had the best service starting with the Concierges Adriana and Nubia. Angel was our VIP pool attendant who reserved our chairs everyday and made sure we were comfortable - he did an amazing job! We had many different servers during the week we were there but these 3 were outstanding and made our stay so memorable- thank you Armundo, Gabriel and Eleuterio!!! Looking forward to the next time!!
