2nd trip to this resort and it didn't disappoint... again!
We stayed at the Royal Cancun in June 2025 and went again for Spring Break 2026. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel with a private beach and great amenities, then this place is what you are looking for. The rooms are extremely well appointed, the concierge and housekeeping services are excellent. We love this place!!!

Always Amazing
The Royal Cancun is always an amazing experience. What makes this resort so special is the staff. The same staff are there each time we return and they make this place so special. The resort is always immaculate from cleanliness to the landscaping. If you are looking for a quiet paradise, this is it.

Wonderful Family vacation!
Really great experience staying at the Royal Cancun. The food was good, drinks were good and service was excellent. We were there with our 9-year old son and 5-year old daughter and friends and their families (3 families, 9-kids). Really liked the quieter vibe and smaller feel of the hotel. Felt great for families with young children.

A+ Kids Club at TRC!
Wonderful stay as usual. We would like to offer a special word of thanks to Paola and Corina st the kids club. They do a wonderful jib and work hard to ensure tge chikdren have an enjoyable time.

Royal Cancun is a great resort for families!
We just came back from an 8 day stay at Royal Cancun. This resort is older but very well maintained. The 2 bedroom and 2 bath unit is was a dream scenario for my family of 5 (2 floors, 1 room with king, 1 room with 2 queens and 1 murphy bed). Being an older resort, the construction is solid. No noise came in from the all adult hotel next door( deep bass during their all night parties). The atmosphere here is geared towards families. There are many older folks who have been coming to the same place for 20, 30, 40 years. Partiers should check out the resort next door. I can't complement the staff enough. They were all superb. Special shout outs go to the activity team- Alex, Charly and David. They were fun, helpful and overall just great people! The food was declicious. If you can't find anything at the buffet, you can order a la carte. They were very diligent with food allergies which we appreciated so much. The maid service was great- shout to Maria de Jesus. One downside was booking the specialty restaurants. It was impossible to get reservations before 8pm. I believe they prioritize the timeshare owners. If what I wrote is appealing, I would absolutely recommend this resort.
