The Royal Cancun All Suites Resort

Monse and Angie are the best in kids club. She did so many different activities that was planned by kids club.My daughter really loves to go there. If anyone wants to send their kids there, its highly recommended

My daughter Jannat had lots of fun at kids club she enjoyed playing with Ms. Angie & Monse. They are wonderful and a big thanks to them.

This resort has terrible service and is poorly managed. They are also constantly providing incorrect information which caused unnecessary problems with logistics and made our vacation unpleasant. I would recommend booking elsewhere! Antonio claimed to be our concierge for the duration of our stay, but instead, all he did was try to sign us up for a marketing presentation the moment we finished checking in (felt kind of like a timeshare). It was a very offputting way to start our trip in Cancun - Being forced to listen to his pitch in the hotel lobby when we just wanted to go to our room and settle in. When we contacted Antonio with other questions later in our trip, he said it was his "day off" and to contact the front desk. "Dedicated concierge" - Right. Odilio, our server at the restaurant, was not helpful at all. After he finally served us food (and got our order wrong), we never saw him after that, even to pay our bill. We waited for about half an hour then went to the front and asked someone to provide us with the bill. Food service in general seemed intentionally slow. We were told by staff that the poolside grill would be available from 12pm to 3pm. When we arrived at 1:30pm, they said they were closed. Also, good luck trying to call their hotline to make a dinner reservation. We called 5 times over the course of the day and the phone always hung up on us. We went to the front desk who I believe called the same number and had the same problem. Then the front desk claimed to successfully make the reservation for us, but when we got to The Trattoria, they said they couldn't find any reservation set up... We later called the same hotline to book seats for the show at The Royal Sands. The operator said there weren't any more seats. We took a chance and went to The Royal Sands anyway, and guess what, the show was actually open seating and there were plenty of chairs available. By the way, the shuttle to their sister hotel only runs on weekdays. Our room was decent but there was very loud construction adjacent to our building everyday. Side note: Not the resort's fault, but there are LOTS of mosquitos on the premises. I guess it's because they are on the bay side (still water) of the Hotel Zone versus the ocean side which has more winds.

This is a very well kept property. It’s quiet and low key. The room is big and comfortable. Very relaxing!

Staff are helpful and friendly. The facility is clean. Not a great all inclusive. Food choices are limited and repetitive. Difficult to find a chair to sit by the pool. People put towels on chairs and don't return to use them for several hours
