Luxury Residences by Villa del Palmar Cancun

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation at Villa del Palmar Cancun. The resort is beautiful, the food was delicious, and what really made our stay special was the exceptional staff. From breakfast in the morning to relaxing by the pool and dinner at night, we were consistently treated with warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality. One of the first things we noticed was how incredibly clean and well maintained the entire resort is, both inside and out. Everything was immaculate, and we honestly never saw anything out of place. Staff members were constantly wiping down surfaces, tidying the common areas, and keeping the grounds pristine. If something was moved or left somewhere it didn’t belong, it seemed like a staff member was there almost immediately to pick it up or put it back in its proper place. With such a large resort and so many guests enjoying the pools, restaurants, and beautiful outdoor spaces, the level of cleanliness and attention to detail was truly impressive. It was obvious how much pride the entire team takes in keeping the resort beautiful. The team at Caprichos was outstanding. Eduardo, Efraín, and César took such great care of us at breakfast and helped make every morning a great start to the day. The service was friendly, attentive, and consistently excellent. We also spent a lot of time at the Elite Pool, where Jared, Alejandro, and Kevin were fantastic. Everything was already set up and ready for us before we arrived at the pool, which was such a thoughtful touch and made it incredibly easy to just arrive, relax, and enjoy ourselves. The pool waiters, Benjamin and Gabriel, were extremely attentive throughout our stay. They were always checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and offering great suggestions. The food throughout the resort was another highlight. We started our vacation with lunch at Zama on our very first day, and the food was absolutely delicious—a perfect way to begin our stay. We continued to have wonderful meals throughout the vacation. Blanca Blue was excellent, and Mari, our server, provided wonderful service. We also really enjoyed Hiroshi, along with the other dining options at the resort. The quality of the food and service was consistently impressive everywhere we went. Finally, a very special thank-you to our butler, Rafael. He was always helpful, responsive, and genuinely eager to assist us with anything we needed. Having Rafael looking after us added another level of service to an already fantastic vacation. Villa del Palmar Cancun gave us the kind of vacation where you feel truly taken care of. The beautiful surroundings, immaculate grounds, delicious food, and wonderful facilities are all reasons to visit, but it is the people who truly make this resort special. Thank you to Eduardo, Efraín, César, Jared, Alejandro, Kevin, Benjamin, Gabriel, Mari, Rafael, and all of the many staff members working behind the scenes who made our stay so memorable. We had an amazing time and would wholeheartedly recommend Villa del Palmar Cancun to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with outstanding food, service, hospitality, and attention to detail. We can’t wait to return year after year and continue making wonderful memories here!

We just got home from a 5 day and 4 night stay at this resort and are wishing we booked an extra day or two. We had such a wonderful and relaxing time here. We did receive this as a promotion in exchange for a 90-minute timeshare presentation. The best thing about this place is the staff. We had a couple massage with Leydi and Andrea who were very professional and excellent masseuses! They really worked out all our knots and the facials made us feel so refreshed and took years of stress off of our faces. Or at least that’s how we felt. We utilized the pool that was max 4ft deep every single day. Chairs were not hard to secure with an umbrella and the staff, Edgar and Raul, were incredible. Edgar remembered who we were and brought us our usual drink orders as we set up our seats before we even jumped into the pool on the second day. That made us feel so special. All the restaurants were excellent and the food choices were great! Isaac at Zamas was our favorite! He made us perfect coffees and specialty drinks. He was just really friendly and welcoming! The only cons: Our washer didn’t work but someone came to fix it within hours. There was one day of lightning/thunderstorms where we were told to get out of the pool for our safety, but it opened back up after an hour. Late check-out was not available and we were told that our room was needed for another guest. Although next to us, the suites were empty. All inclusive ends at 12pm the day of checkout so if you have a late flight, be prepared to pay for your food on the last day. Not many cons. All in all we would recommend this place to family and friends.

It started by not being provided the rooms we booked. We booked two ocean view all inclusive suites. When we arrived we were given two interior suites. After 2 days of complaining to them they combined both rooms with a 3 bedroom suite with an oceanfront view (no compensation). In the new room the hot tub was not functioning so another 2 days for it to be usable. We were notified 4 days prior to arrival that they closed all the restaurants but 2 of them. When we complained they said they would give us a refund 4 days before knowing they had us trapped. The 2 restaurants served the exact same menu every single day no variety. The service was so slow several times during the week it took 2.5 hours to eat lunch
