My partner and I stayed at the Hotel for about 5 days and we honestly loved everything about it; the buffet breakfast, the room, location and hotel itself was so beautiful. But what really impressed us was the amazing service they provide, honestly 5*, they really go on and beyond for their guests. from making the booking, Charlotte was extremely helpful and informative over the phone. Once we got there, Bruno did a great job in giving us a private tour of the hotel and finding what to do was so much easier with Eric's (at the concierge) help, he knows Cannes like the back of his hand! Overall the best experience I've had in any hotel.

I recently spent two nights at the Hotel Barriere Le Majestic Cannes and absolutely loved it! This was my first trip to Cannes and staying in this hotel helped to make it a wonderful experience. I arrived via train from Paris and walked to the hotel which was about a ten minute walk lugging my suitcase behind me. As soon as I walked up the doorman took my suitcase and pointed me to the check-in desk. They take your bag at the door and will bring it up to your room while you are checking in. The woman who checked me in was an absolute delight. She was warm, friendly, and even encouraged me/us to speak in French. I had made a mistake when booking and had ended up making two separate reservations for one night each instead of a two night reservation. Still, this was no issue as she caught this and corrected what ever needed to be corrected so that I had the same room for both nights and did not need to check out/in again. With all this the check in was very fast and I was in my room in about 10 minutes. In addition to the check-in I spoke to the concierge a few times and he was very helpful. Particularly, he recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner and made the reservation for me. The suggestion he gave me was exactly what I was looking for. The room was also great. I had a wonderful view of the beach. It was nice and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. I will definitely be returning to Cannes and the Hotel Barriere Le Majestic Cannes. If you are looking at this hotel, don’t hesitate.

The people at the reception had been very friendly, the rooms veery clean and the breakfast excellent. Service excellent, restaurant excellent and the place excellent. We come again.

Changing rooms twice, because of the rooms given in first place in a luxury category were not at all what we expected. Staff completely unable to cope with bringing the luggage from one room to the other, 4 hours time given, still no luggage in the room. The breakfast service was so disappointing, always excused that they had too much to do and the hotel is nearly fully booked. Restaurant booking by concierge was disappointing. Pool is not for someone, who wants to swim: unacceptable access is through the main lobby and through the restaurant, plus the pool has only a depth until the middle. Will not mention in detail the problem with other guests having a room party above us until 3 a.m. until we tried twice to inform the reception, took them far to long to interfere with the security, so we tried to fix it. We were pleased about the excuses by the management, that helped towards the end
