Another Memorable Stay
I've stayed in many 5* properties all over the world, and while all strive for perfection, there is usually something that niggles or is not quite right. The one exception to this is the Mount Nelson where everything just works seamlessly and everything just clicks into place as it should. The staff work together in harmony and go out of their to please, as well as remembering the likes and dislikes of returning guests.

I had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at the Mount Nelson. The setting was beautiful, elegant and relaxing, and the afternoon tea itself was absolutely delightful. A special mention must go to Thuli, our waitress, who was warm, attentive and professional throughout our visit. She made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to ensure that everything was perfect. Thank you to Thule and the team for such a lovely experience.
