The Best of the Best in the Hotel Industry
Of all the places we have visited around the world, the Mount Nelson Hotel in Cape Town has the most friendly and helpful employees we have ever encountered. Upon check in, Warwick walked with us to to get to the buffet, like we were royalty! Every night at the Planet Bar, Divine and Phumzile, took care of us like family. Everyone around the property always greeted us, and made us feel welcome. Other hotel managers should come here to experience the first class employees who really enjoy working here and stay employed here. When we come back to Cape Town, this is the only hotel for us.

Outstanding
First time in South Africa and checked in to the Mount Nelson Hote Cape Town. From the minute we walked in until we checked out the staff was unbelievably accommodating. Everyone we had inaction with were so friendly. Divine at the bar was quick to remember or drink orders and even greeted us by name the next evening, Outstanding service. Oh I can't forget to give Phumzile a shout out either. These guys will make us want to come back to this hotel.
