An amazing Christmas lunch with Tuli
Tuli amazing service, she took good care of my mother, grandma and I. The food and service was excellent and she was so caring. Definitely a must !

Wonderful Hotel and Even Better Service
We stayed at the Mount Nelson for three nights and were very generously upgraded to a suite with a fantastic view of Table Mountain. The hotel is lovely, a real old-world feel with beautiful gardens and restaurants. Service was impeccable, warm, and attentive. Afternoon tea is a must!

Superlative and beyond expectation
What can we say more than superlative this hotel offer charm perfect and subtle service. The staff know everyone by name and can’t do enough for you. Breakfast you could ask for nothing more and the pool side menu is all desirable. It is difficult to list all the staff qualities but we were particularly impressed by the reception team, the portering and car service our room maid with pink ties on everything and around the pool our favourite Fuzi, we will be back Peter and Charlotte
