Our experience at Mount Nelson was wonderful this afternoon. Our waitress Shannon was an absolute blessing - attentive, kind and felt like a friend - adding subtle but stunning personal touches to the entire journey. We loved it and will be back! Thank you again Shannon. The afternoon tea was divine and an absolute must if you haven’t yet visited! Also recommend walking the grounds during your visit they are beautiful!

Fuziwe for Service Award
Just spent a beautiful day at Mount Nelson Librisa Spa - outstanding massage and added treats in the waiting room - love the interactive 'mixing your own scrub' to take home. But my highlight was the service of Fuziwe at the pool. She served me, spoiled me, looked out for all my needs, checked in often - outstanding service and approach. She stepped in when teammates could not help with the umbrella - assisted team with towel supply, and on top of that, ran around to sort out all the food orders from the pool area. She is a superstar!
