Delightful Afternoon Tea & Gorgeous Grounds
Afternoon Tea: Highly recommend. Not only do you have a full, classic afternoon tea, but you have access to their dessert buffet table in the main room. We sat outside under the cutest pink umbrella and the bill totaled ~$39 USD per person. We chose the normal tea, not the champagne one, but they bring you a glass of rose anyway which is fun. The couple next to us brought their small dog and the staff treated her like a little princess, complete with a doggy bowl of food and a bed. Thuli, our waitress, was attentive and kindly brought me another mushroom tart (my favorite of the apps). The tea sommelier, Craig, stops by your table and answers any questions you may have about the robust tea selection. The grounds of this hotel are gorgeous and a must-see in Cape Town.

Birthday and new year celebration
We celebrated a birthday with Afternoon Tea. This was a fantastic experience. The food and drinks were great, and service from the staff were excpetional.
