I had a wonderful afternoon tea experience at the Mount Nelson in Cape Town. The service was exceptional—Thuli took such great care of us and truly elevated the entire visit with her warm, attentive approach. The food was outstanding, especially the scones, which were easily the highlight. A memorable and beautifully executed experience all around.
