Best birthday ever!
We celebrated my daughter’s 10th birthday and the hotel and staff went out of their way to make it special for her! Thank you for every little extra gift, birthday cake and balloons and making her feel like a real princess! Your attention to detail, friendliness and care from the staff is beyond measure

One of my favourite hotels ever
This was my second visit my previous being at New Year’s. Definitely would recommend flying into Cape Town rather than Jo’burg if going on Safari to either South Africa or Botswana and staying here, The hotel is set in beautiful grounds with amazing food and exceptional service. It’s most definitely a case of what’s not to like

High tea as it’s meant to be
Love the mount Nelson’s various dining offerings… a first for high tea and I am truly impressed with the food… the Savouy in London can learn a few things from this place
