Treated like royalty!
What a top class high tea experience! We felt like royalty thanks to Wiseman waiting on us. He was extra attentive and personal. The structure of the high tea was excellent starting with a savoury platter, scones in between, followed by a sweet platter and topping it all off with a cake buffet. The complimentary bubbles and ice tea pallet cleanser were lovely touches.

Great Staff
Good hotels have great facilities and location. Great hotels couple that with truly excellent staff. The Mount Nelson is a great hotel. The grounds are amazing and the whole vibe of the place is relaxing and evocative of an earlier time. The staff are the thing that makes this hotel special though. Everyone is very friendly, in a genuine and not phony way. It's not cheap, but somethings you get what you pay for.

The best high tea I have ever experienced
We had such a wonderful high tea experience. Thabisa went out of her way to make sure we had a great time. The food was divine and the tea selection phenomenal!
