Everything at the hotel was amazing. I was only there for a couple days, but it is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. They balance classical elegance and modern convenience perfectly. Perhaps my favorite part of my stay was our afternoon bartender, Phumile. He was so friendly, and his drinks were a work of art. While everyone there was great, he was a step above.

Amazing hotel with an incredible atmosphere. The perfect place to unwind in vibrant Cape Town. I’m especially a big fan of Simlindile — an outstanding person who delivers service at the highest level. Truly approachable, sharp, and kind.

Everything was wonderful! Our Server,Emma, was very knowledgeable about the different tea blends. She also shared information about the hotel and the beautiful grounds outside, which I took an enjoyable stroll after eating all of the tasty treats with my tea!
