One&Only Cape Town

We have stayed here for 6 days and it has been absolutely the best experience in one of the finest hotels ever - and we've done a few! Amazing staff with exceptional customer service, beatuful room and facilities, fabulous food and beautiful pool area which we adored. So thank you to everyone here for making our stay in Cape Town the best it could ever have been. Without question we will be back to this beautiful hotel.

The Standard of Luxury! The One & Only Cape Town truly defines what an exceptional hotel experience should be. From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in an atmosphere of tranquility and luxury, underscored by fantastic, unparalleled service from every member of staff. The location is second to none and a fantastic hub for exploring Cape Town, especially the waterfront. Sipping a cocktail at the bar is a must, offering a truly stunning view of Table Mountain that is unforgettable. The rooms are equally impressive; ours was incredibly spacious and featured a lovely balcony overlooking Table Mountain, providing a breathtaking backdrop to start and end each day. The hotel also adds thoughtful, personal touches, such as leaving a little gift in the room each evening, which was a very nice, welcoming gesture. The beautiful pool and Spa area is a sanctuary within the city. The sun loungers deserve special mention, as they are less like chairs and more like actual, luxurious day beds, perfect for ultimate relaxation. The attentive pool staff ensures you never have to lift a finger, readily available to bring meals and drinks whenever desired. Finally, the real highlight, as many others mention, is the breakfast. It is hands down the best hotel breakfast we have ever experienced. The selection is vast, the quality is sky-high, and everything is prepared with perfection. This alone makes a stay worthwhile. (Pro Tip: Be sure to get a takeaway box for the incredible muffins—there’s only so much you can eat in one sitting!) If you are looking for the absolute pinnacle of luxury, service, and location in Cape Town, the One & Only is the only choice.

We only stayed for one night and I wish we could have remained longer. The property is lovely and the views of Table Mountain are stunning. The staff were all excellent. Professional, caring and attentive. Our room was spacious, well maintained and had a great view. Drinks and small bites at Views (lobby bar/restaurant) were excellent as was the breakfast.

Truly beautiful property with excellent service in a prime location. Whether staying on the island or in the main building, the accommodations here are fresh, luxurious and built for relaxation. The main lounge has stunning views of table mountain and the restaurant outlets are wonderful. You really cannot go wrong with this property.
