Wow where do I start, what an amazing hotel, with stunning views, who couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. If we could give 6 stars we would. The instant impact of the breathless view of table mountain from the huge window in the hotel bar is simply stunning, and a great start was helped by the warm and friendly greeting from the staff, especially Fillimon who greeted us every day with a beaming smile. The concierge Faroz was brilliant, he was very helpful, went above and beyond to help us with our trips and events we had planned, always smiling and wanted us to have the best experience possible. We also used the guest what’s app service which had swift responses and easy to use. The room was amazing, we had an exquisite view of table mountain, the bed was very comfortable, we could connect our device to the TV to watch what we wanted, the cleanliness was immaculate and turn down was brilliant with a different amazing present every night. The buffet breakfast with a La carte offering was exceptional, so much choice, great service and high quality food. We also ate in the restaurant one night and food was tasty, again with excellent service. The Pool is amazing, beds are very comfortable, lots of towels, the staff are helpful, brilliant service, and nothing was an issue. Who we believe to be the Pool manager, was always so helpful, welcoming and attentive. The hotel is in a great area, you are a very short walk into the vibrant V&A, where there is lots to do and see. We would highly recommend - we will be back!

Incredible hotel and experience I stay at a lot of luxury hotels and this is one of the best - the staff are amazing and hotel location is perfect

It was amazing and very close to the port which we enjoyed a lot. And thank you to the kind man named Elton who made me and my sister fresh strawberry daiquiri (Virgin) which was phenomenal. Than u again one and only and Elton.

Firstly, THE STAFF incredible, breakfast hosted by Mickey (ginger shot) Phumla & Azu was exceptional, the chicken livers in piri piri sauce to die for.... trust me, not forgetting the gammon. The staff on the reception, concierge and main door smile and remember your name, another lady who excelled was Lameez, she couldn't do enough to help celebrate my wife's 40th. Secondly, the location, views of table mountain and the waterways and wildlife absolutely stunning. Lastly, the opulence of the hotel was fantastic. Can't recommend highly enough.
