Reviews for Capri Tiberio Palace
My Fiancée and i stayed at this great hotel for 3 days. It's located in the perfect location in Capri, just far away enough to escape the day trippers but not too far so the main shops and restaurants are only a short walk away. From the arrival, where you are given fresh Lemonade and Viviana made us feel very welcome and gave us some great recommendations. Service was great, rooms clean and the whole hotel just oozes class. The restaurant is also worth visiting, we found the food to be very good. The pool is also a great spot to cool down after walking the streets during the day, We'll def be back!!

Perfect hotel with excellent staff. The hotel is placed 3 minutes on foot away from the lively centre, although very close it is very private and quiet, unlike the busy centre. The personnel is always very friendly, competent and I haven't seen anybody who didn't have a smile on his or her face. We had a studio appartment which has a beautiful big terrace and a perfect view to the seaside. The rooms are nicely equipped, everything is clean. Perfect place ! Already our second stay here and we will come back. Strongly recommendable ! What we appreciate most is that it is really its quietness although being very close to the sometime loud centre.

We stayed here for three nights after arriving from Praiano. We were spoiled in Praiano with spectacular views to be in a room where the view was completely blocked by trees. Please ask about the view when booking. It felt like a very chic hotel but quaint. The pool was very small but the service and staff were excellent. Constantine at the bar went out of his way as did several others. Only disappointment was the room view.

Capri is absolutely a beautiful place and the decor of Tiberio Palace absolutely matched the beauty of Capri. Interior design of the hotel was very well done, one of the best that I've seen in a hotel. We stayed in the suite (they said it was the second biggest one in the hotel) and the suite had everything in it that we needed, two balconies, plenty of cloet spaces, big bathroom and nice, firm bed. Some staff were nice and knowledgeable while others didn't seem so well trained. The pool guy was a bit stressed and not very patient. The restaurant manager was friendly but lacked a little bit in terms of service. My husband wasn't feeling so well so I asked him if he could send up some hot soup (minestrone) to the room and he sent me a bar staff who didn't know what was going on. I asked him the same thing and he brought me a bar menu that didn't have minestrone on it but I knew their restaurant had it. He also didn't speak much English so I told him to forget about it. It's the little details that make a difference at a nice hotel such as this one and for over 3000 euros per night, I expected a little more. At night, they had beautiful live music and the ambiance was so romantic. Still, overall, it was a very nice stay at one of the most beautiful places in the world and I enjoyed the stay very much.

We were here for 3 nights and we loved everything about this stunning, fun, expertly run hotel. We had a breath-taking view from our beautiful, ample balcony. The service was terrific all the way around. The restaurant (we had breakfast, lunch & dinner there at least once) was outstanding and the staff friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Just loved this place! The rooms decor was exactly what I would love every place to be -- so cool, great design and incredibly comfortable. We want to go back!
