Capri Tiberio Palace

A True Gem in Capri The Tiberio Palace is by far one of my favorite hotels in Europe!! This was our 3rd stay at this hotel and it never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted by the warm and welcoming staff. The lobby and bar are soothing and calm. The rooms are lovely and inviting with modern amenities. Breakfast on the terrace is amazing and the staff is wonderful and friendly. We felt that everyone we encountered truly cared about our stay. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy. We received exceptional service from concierge staff of Francesco and Maria They were always available to help with beach club and dinner reservations. The GM, Luca, is always visible and available, checking on his guests to insure their stay is seamless. Lastly, the location of the hotel cannot be beat; it is steps from wonderful dining and shopping. Thank You Tiberio Palace for another memorable stay! See you next summer!!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Tiberio Palace! The rooms were spotless, comfortable and so well cared for, it felt like a true home away from home. The pool was a peaceful oasis, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was warm and accommodating, and we have to give a special mention to our new friend Marco at the hotel bar, who graciously took care of us every day with genuine kindness and attention. Highly recommend this gem!

Phenomenal visit! I’m a loyal Leading Hotels of the World patron, and this was a member property I was particularly excited to visit. Our experience did not disappoint and truly exceeded our already heightened expectations! The property was gorgeous and the room exquisitely and thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Because of my LHW member status, we were given a complimentary upgrade at check-in to the Dolce Vita Suite Sea View - a truly remarkable room with a large terrace and incredible views of the sea and island. The room in and of itself was a treat. But it was the PEOPLE at this hotel that truly made it special and luxurious. The service and hospitality was friendly, professional, and top-notch. They handled every detail of our stay - all of our many reservation, outing, beach, and modification requests prior to arrival and during our stay. We were also greeted by the GM upon arrival - always a welcomed touch. One incident really demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction and overall experience. There was a miscommunication about a beach club reservation. In reality, it was a misunderstanding on my end, but in the moment, I was disappointed and upset. Despite this being my fault, it was important for the hotel for me to have a perfect experience and to fix the situation so as to exceed my expectations. We were annoyed and ready to leave the beach club, and we needed a water taxi - which we asked the hotel to arrange. Rather than just ordering us a regular water taxi, they arranged a 3-hour boat cruise and tour of the island. It was completely unnecessary for the hotel to go to such elaborate lengths, but I’ll never forget that level of graciousness. The boat tour ended up being perfect - the best and most memorable part of our entire trip! Overall, this property and its staff are exceptional - worthy of a 6th Star! We cannot wait to return next season!

Our experience at Capri Tiberio Palace was amazing! We had been in contact, before our arrival, with one of the hotel's concierge, Francesco, who couldn't have been more helpful. He advised us on arrival/departure accommodations, all dinners, beach clubs, and boating and made all reservations for us! The teams that greeted us at the airport and ports were friendly, helpful and efficient. The location of the property was perfect. We were greeted by an accommodating and friendly reception staff. Our room was clean, spaicous, and beautiful! Daily service in the room was timely and generous. Frederica and the staff at the breakfast terrace was warm and welcoming and the food was delicious! Most especially, Marco at the Jacky bar was fun, kind, knowledgeable, made great cocktails! We felt like we were sitting in a friend's living room for pre-dinner cocktails each night! To the management and staff at Capri Tiberio Palace, thank you so much for a memorable trip! We will definitely be back!
