I had the pleasure of meeting Maria and Yan at the establishment; they were both exceptional. It was a very enjoyable experience.

And one morning a lot of dead fishs on thebeach Colombian hotel for colombians tourists Foods is almost colombian and mexican nothing so international Área in construction and a bit far from the centro Carthagene It is a beginning I Hope hopefully the personal is wonderfull !!!!!

Staff was excellent! Food and drinks were great! Everything is clean!! Spa massages were outstanding! Lovely fish house with bar at pool and beach. Just need to address the smell in food hall and the green turf by big outdoor needs replaced to make this a five star! For the price , this is more than expected! Thank you staff for making our trip! You went above and beyond to make a great stay! We will return

- The minibar and drinks were refilled maybe once (in 6-7 days). - The breakfast/dinner area smells very musty when you walk in. One morning, water dripped from the air conditioning unit above (the pillow on the empty seat was completely wet) and in the evening, it was simply painted over with white paint. - The area around the dining room was very mossy and not really well maintained. - Pool area: The small tiles around the pool were flaking off and the area wasn't really cleaned – for example, one tile remained in the same place throughout our stay. - Fitness: Only one of the two treadmills worked, and the power was off on all the bikes, meaning you could only ride without resistance. - We were offered coffee or water maybe 1-2 times (at most) in the morning or evening.

If it was not for most workers who are wonderful, I would rate this property as the worst I have ever stayed at. I contacted the property thru their website and requested a suite with a sea view (they do not exist), Web page indicated that they are an all adults property (they are not). When we arrived at around noon, I was told that I had to pay for lunch and beverages as my all inclusive plan did not start until 3pm?. They only have 2 restaurants and you can only do reservations 2 times at their A La Carte restaurant which only has about 4 food items that are included in the all inclusive plan. On our second reservation it took over 2 hours to get our food! Our room had cracks on the walls, a toilet door that did not work, broken and cracked tiles and no music source (radio or blue tooth speaker), on TV there are only four channels, the mini fridge was not re stocked on second night. There are no restaurants or stores within walking distance. There is major construction on 3 sides of the property, carpet around main pool is soiled and very deteriorated, the A La Carte restaurant is off property and you have to walk about a block to reach it, at night you are told to be cautious walking back to your room as there is no security off property. Entertainment was provided by a a great DJ, but very limited and ends early. Food is not all that good at their buffet restaurant. Alcoholic beverages are limited to the cheapest brands, you have to pay extra for Chivas, JW Black Label, good vodka or Tequila. Most of the staff with the exception of their reception personnel were great and bent over backwards to make our stay tolerable. I blame management for most issues, we left the property at 6am and they did not even have Coffee, much less breakfast. Needless to say, I will never return to this property.
