After my bad experience in Farah Hotel last week I decided to go back to Kenzi Towet for my last night in Morocco. Last I was there was 2 years ago and it's nice to see it is still a good hotel with good client service attitude staff.

The overall hotel is not a 5 stars hotel in all aspect the room are big they are in poor condition and not perfectly clean. the odour in the rooms are very bad I have tried 2, the first one was absolutely disgusting with a strong damp smell and the other one still has bad damp odour but they told me it was just a freshener! After just 2 nights I have a sore throat and difficulty to breath, I'm sick breathing this contaminated air. It is a business hotel, the staff are most of them nice and have the sense of service, but I have asked to talk to the director but she was never available very strange. This hotel completely missed leadership. we have sent many emails prior arrival but their lack of response it is just a reflect of the whole experience in this hotel, I have read the other reviews and I have to admit my experience is very similar to all of the bad one, this is another proof they don't really care about the feedback or to try to get better. The hotel is well located and it is easy to reach your meeting in the city, the food is good I have to admit the breakfast is up to standard and the room service food quality is very good too. I wanted to taste the spa but it was closed The internet is free, fast and good coverage in all the hotel. Overall I think there is better in the city for the same price. we have asked the hotel to pay the room in advance but we never received any answer when we challenged them they magically find the email but were not able to tell you why they have not answered 3 emails.... the spa is closed the breakfast was very good

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights before moving to another hotel (cheaper and in better location). The good: -A true 5 star hotel. Excellent facilities, clean large rooms, great shower/bath -Nice swimming pool -Great top-bar with excellent view (see separate review) -Good included breakfast that has a person making your omelets -Excellent wifi that was included for me. Not quiet sure if that is the standard though The bad: -Location. In the middle of the city. This is a business hotel so it makes sense but it is nowhere near the sights. -Expensive! This is one of the most expensive hotels in the city. The ugly -Getting a cab from here is tricky (and the hotel people will try to con you in paying more once you are outside)

This is a very good Hotel in a good location not too far from the Mosque and other areas of importance. This is the only hotel we stayed at in Morocco that had security at the front entrance actually checking people entering. Hotel is in twin towers and is very large, more international than a lot of the places we stayed. Stayed in a King Room with a very nice view over the city and out to the Harbor. Hotel is very modern, with all the amenities you would want from a business Hotel. Most people staying here looked like they were on business. Room is large with and excellent bathroom....bed was very comfortable. We ate out late the one night we stayed and had breakfast in the room as we had to leave early, so didn't have a lot of time at the hotel, but it served it's purpose well, was comfortable and the staff friendly and efficient

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights on business. When I arrived they told me they could not find my reservation and the hotel was full. Phoning a local colleague, resolved the issue within 30 minutes. The room was fine, the view, especially from the higher floors is great. The price was a bit steep and from a price/performance this was not a great place.
