Reviews for Kenzi Tower Hotel
The hotel is not old but is in bad conditions, so I guess the maintenance must be quite bad. The pool looked a bit dirty and the bubble jets were not working at all in the spa. The room was dirty (more likely to be a quick cleaning for ages) and we did not have any hot water for 2 nights... Very disappointed for a 5 stars hotel, and far below standards when you have the option to go to the four Seasons or even to the Sofitel
Great lobby and views for top floors and restaurants Need a taxi to go to places to visit in Casablanca The rooms are getting old Not much to do close to the hotel No outdoor pool Nice front desk staff

Really enjoyed my stay there the concierge is super helpful kudos to them.... my second stay there deffinately not my last...thanks for the room upgrade... breakfast on the second floor is super location is perfect thanks a million
Hotel was really good . Hotel staff could not do enough for you with the exception of the front desk at checking out . I was there for 10 days and checked out yesterday Wednesday 9th August . Through out my stay I did not use the mini bar but on checking out there was a charge for 130 Dir ( approx. £13 ) for 2 mini boxes of pringles . Now on the second Sunday of my stay( day 7 ) these 2 mini boxes were left in the room beside the complimentary tray . Prior to that there had only been coffee and water as expected . I assumed that the pringles were complimentary and consumed them . No further boxes were left in room after that . On challenging the mini bar charge I explained that I assumed they were complimentary but the Desk Manager said they were part of the mini bar and insisted I pay . I was not happy and asked to see the Duty Manager . She again was adamant I had to pay but I explained that before that Sunday no pringles were ever left in the room . She said that they were out off stock and therefore not available but I said there was no notice on the minibar or saying they were out of stock . She again insisted I had to pay . I said that my total bill was 17,900 Dir ( nearly £1,800 ) and that I had a colleague who was staying on for a further 5 weeks and he was going to be in the same position I was as he had also eaten the pringles which appeared for 1 day only . I refused to pay and asked to speak with the Duty Manager' boss the " Director ". I went to my room to collect by bags and when I went down to resolve the issue the bill had been amended but no sign of the Duty Manager or the Director . I settled the new bill and then had to write down why I had not paid the 130 Dir for the pringles . At no time did I receive an apology and this left a bitter feeling . The rest of the stay was excellent I feel the Senior Team need to review how they deal with minor complaints like this . I hope they review my colleague's minibar cost before presenting him with the bill
