Great hotel in great location
Great hotel in a great location. Many shops around to shop. Many eateries around too..all within walking distance. Room is spacious. We booked room facing city and seaview. So facing mosque. Nice view day and night. my kids love the L27 skies restaurant. They gave the steak 10/10 🤣. Thanks to frontdesk, mukhsin, Miriam and his team for your assistance. Great service. Recommended.

Breakfast Restuarant Review
Breakfast - Abdeladim was a lovey manager and we had a very nice breakfast. Adil was very good. Such a lovely staff and lovely people.

A very Luxury Hotel
This place is awesome, Top roof restaurant and Bar, breakfast excellent a super Spa with the best pool jets I ever been, The rooms are nice size actually big, clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and the Hotel is in the center of everything, Restaurants and Shops. Very excellent place to be.

Exquisite!
Excellent hospitality and service. Great location! Kudos to Zubeida for the pristine cleaning my room, Zakia for the professional service and Kamal for being of great service at the restaurant. I look foward to more stays at Kenzi Casablanca!

Bad customer service.
We traveled to casablanca in November 2025. We got to the hotel. A family of 4. They told us instead of a room with 2 queen beds they will give us a larger room with king bed and sofa beds. Later in the night we found out the sofa is not a sofa bed! Thay said they were fully booked. But they promised to give us a better room the next day.One of my kids has to sleep on a soda that night! The next day they gave us a smaller room with 2 queen bed. Bad view . In the room there was no Iron or iron table. No cups no glasses. We had to call the room service several times to get the room essentials. The quality of air is really poor here as the hotel is located in a busy area of the city. Not happy with my stay here.
