Large room, perfectly clean, quiet (you need to ask for upper floors to get silence...20th and above). You have everything at hand, staff attentive, polite and reactive. Excellent breakfast, lot of different choices. The position is also very good...but taxi is not a problem in Casablanca (max. 4 eur to Rick's, Medina or Corniche). It is such a pitty that they charge you (a lot: 20 eur!!!!) for 30 min of sauna, which was a big bad surprise.

Stayed at the Kenzi Tower hotel at the end of our Moroccan trip. This was my second time in a Kenzi hotel and I will admit, I not likely to seek them out in the future. Our room was on the 11th floor and you could hear all the traffic noise, every single car. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom has a weird shower set up and we generally felt like it wasn't very clean. There was definitely a distinct musty smell. The wifi was significantly better than other Kenzi hotels but the air conditioning was still a huge disappointment. Also, housekeeping never knocked and often would bust on into the room while we where there. It was very odd. They also wanted to clean the room at 8am one day which seemed rather early. The buffet breakfast was fine with the option to get omelettes and Morrocan crepes. The tea and coffee were both not very good. The pool is completely indoors and rather sad looking. The restaurant on the 27th floor was lovely with much better service than in other areas of the hotel and very good food. The view from the bar on the 28th floor was amazing; however, Morocco still allows indoor smoking and the bar was totally smoke filled. We ended up leaving after one drink. There isn't much around the hotel except for some western shops. Few restaurants. The main sites are about a 30-45 minutes walk away.

Located very central and good for business. The rooms are average, the carpet was mouldy and wet from all the condensation from the window. If you are allergic to mildew stay away or suffering from asthma. They have renovated but only a few rooms but still ain't up to a 5 star level. This is a business hotel maximum 3 star. Breakfast was a massive disappointment there was not enough food and options are limited. Wifi signal kept on failing and made it difficult to work. The only two good qualities are the gentlemen at the Concierge Desk, seriously one of the best i have ever crossed paths with. Helpful, informative and always had recommendations on where to go to and access to them to make reservations. The second is the bar on the top floor. One of the only places in Casablanca you can sit down and have a drink.
