Stayed here one week in March 2018 for business: + Central location + Well equipped gym + In-house spa + Next to shopping center - Directly at a huge junction where drivers are permanently honking - Honking noise in the room from early morning until late because the windows do not insulate well - The breakfast service is inattentive and often items are missing for a longer time. Conclusion: Would not stay again because of the noise.

On my 2nd trip to the Kenzi I was welcomed back by the Reception team almost as part of the family. I was recognised by sight and greeted warmly and friendly. The duty Manager Mariem came to greet and say hello and welcome back. The team had also arrange a wonderful surprise of the first night being upgraded to the Royal Suite. No matter which team I bumped into, restaurant, bar, housekeeping, reception - they all said hello with a smile and no question was ever stupid and no request was ever too much trouble. I can't rate the hotel or especially the staff highly enough - they have made the stay amazing again I have no hesitation in recommending this as the 'go to place' to anyone staying in Casablanca - you won't be disappointed with the location, you'll be delighted by the rooms and amenities and you'll never fault the staff for their friendliness, attention to detail and commitment to making your stay amazing. It's safe for me to say that the Kenzi Tower will be my 'home away from home' when in Casablanca. Thanks again to Mariem & Afaf from Guest Relations

This is a very nice hotel, albeit over one of the busiest streets of Casablanca. My room was absolutely amazing, very big, clean, the most comfortable beds ever, and with a huge bathroom. All looks quite new or recently refurbished. The breakfast was also excellent.

If you're lucky enough to be on the correct side of the building, you'll have an amazing view (we had a city, not ocean, view, but it was still enjoyable).. Beds are a nice size and very comfortable though the pillows are hard as rock. Terrific bathroom amenities and large, soft, clean-smelling towels. The giant shower/tub complex looks beautiful and good water pressure and hot water, but the shower head (hand held) is in an awkward place given the built-in bench and so you have to stand pressed up against the bench. And the toilet seat is too small for the toilet - terrible and uncomfortable!!! The swimming pool was warm and the jets have a ton of pressure and can give you a massage, but the cascading spouts were not working. There was a weird smell, as other reviewers have noted, though I didn't notice it until I was getting out of the pool. The hot tub had a funny color, so I didn't go in. We didn't use the spa but walked past the treatment rooms and they looked very nice. Staff was all very friendly and helpful, including cleaning people in the halls, the breakfast staff, and reception staff. Breakfast is very good but no dried fruit or nuts and not much of a selection of fresh fruit. We stayed as part of a group, but I needed an extra night and the prices were really too high so I moved to a small, boutique hotel down the street for half the price and really just as nice though not full service (see my other reviews if interested in my recommendation). Hotels in Morocco are a terrible value all over (more expensive than in much of Europe or the U.S.), so this criticism is not exclusive to this hotel.

A Hotel of that stature charges for a tea bag or coffee pouch used.... Horrible.. The rooms are well appointed, decent breakfast, excellent staff and good location. Please carry your tea bags if you are a tea addict or be ready to pay a steep price for each tea bag.
