The hotel's location is truly excellent, ideally situated for exploring the city and enjoying its main attractions. The room was spacious, providing all the necessary comfort to feel at ease. The view from the room was simply stunning, adding a special touch to the experience. The service at the hotel was outstanding; the staff was attentive and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. (Mohamed from the restaurant) However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the carpet in the room could be better. We noticed some strange odors in the bathroom, as well as a smell of cigarette smoke at times, which was a bit disappointing.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel. The highlight for me was the new restaurant on the 28th floor, which offered breathtaking views of the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, making my experience even more enjoyable. The only downside is the slow elevator speed.

Worst hotel to say with. I was sleeping in my Room and randomly a housekeeping lady walks in my room without knocking the door when asked why she entered my room she says no English no English and ran away when called the reception they didnt do anything. so, I puch the chain latch on the door and slept again and after 2 hours someone tried to open the door again with a bang. I woke up and walked to the door and to my surprise it was the same lady walking away I yelled at her and she ran away. When I called front desk and asked for the manager no one showed up I waited 1.5 hours. And this happened not only with me but with my other colleagues from the same company. It was reported that someone stole one of my colleagues passport from the room and the passport was returned when police was called. Be aware people don't book this hotel. The bathroom drains are always blocked. You take a shower and it becomes a swimming pool.

Fabulous, spacious room, delightful buffet, but beware..... the bottles water placed on the table as if it were complimentary gets charged ...at an eye watering £5/bottle. Drink gin and tonic, it's as cheap! Pity, but that wi be my lasting memory of this place.

Cold octopus and terrible indifferent service. I waited 40 minutes to be served and then the dish came cold. The staff were not helpful and came to me for payment and did not listen to my comments. The night manager also asked me to pay before even listening to my complaint. Don’t come here if your are not Morroccan.
