very good location & infrastructure. Main issue is room service. Don't ask for extra water bottle because you will never get it. I called at least 15 times but finally I didnt get water bottle. I was tired so slept like that. No one picked up the calls finally !!! I complaint this at reception next day morning but got rude response !!! They dont have any complaint book or cover or etc. they gave me blank paper for complaint !!! I gave laundry on morning but I had to struggle to call laundry service evening for 3 times but I didnt get laundry. I had to go to reception to beg for my laundry !!! Hopsitality is 2nd star !!! I would not recommend this hotel. Try for other hotels.

Not bad but showing age a bit. The hotel has a huge bathroom and the rooms were once nice, but a little worn. The staff is nice but I can’t give the hotel a better rating after waiting 15 minutes for an elevator, the fridge in the room didn’t work and the toilet needed to be flushed multiple times. It’s an ok choice but past its prime

One of the best hotels in town and they have that really great bar and restaurants on the 27th floor. No better panorama view. Great vibe. Good life music and also the DJ is excellent

Had to be in Casablanca for business last week. Having tried other nearby hotels earlier (Hyatt, Sofitel), the Kenzi really improved on my previous experiences. We sometimes think that international brands are more trustworthy, but that is certainly not the case here... Smooth booking experience (through their own web), fast and effective check in and warm hospitality from the bell desk. Room was large, with a comfortable bed and a nice view that stretched to the Hassan II mosque and the sea. I used their new restaurant on the top floor for both lunch and dinner meetings and have to say that food and service were excellent (hopefully it impressed my guests too ! ). All in all I would certainly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a good business hotel centrally located in Casablanca.

The hotel's location is truly excellent, ideally situated for exploring the city and enjoying its main attractions. The room was spacious, providing all the necessary comfort to feel at ease. The view from the room was simply stunning, adding a special touch to the experience. The service at the hotel was outstanding; the staff was attentive and always ready to help, making our stay even more enjoyable. (Mohamed from the restaurant) However, there are a few areas that could be improved. The cleanliness of the carpet in the room could be better. We noticed some strange odors in the bathroom, as well as a smell of cigarette smoke at times, which was a bit disappointing.
