Doesn't deserve a 5 stars rate. Good standard would be enough. Far from everywhere. You absolutely need a car : regular transfert to town is out of question: You can't reach an outside bar / hotel without long, long walks. Beakfast is the one you would find in every 'business' hotel across Europe. So why would you go espacialy to this one ? Fortunately, people are very nice, friendly and ready to help at any time. .....Having said that, our room was spacious, clean, etc. (the vital minima) but there was a deal-beaker : room and bathroom are only isolated by big, transparent window : so much for your privavy / intimity. And, cherry on the cake, hotel has been invaded by small childrens / toddlers and, believe me, getting a quiet, cool breakfast in the dinner-room was impossible : to much noise, screams and cries ... Rain was almost your only choice.

Really good experience I highly recommend this place. Will definitely revisit if I come back to Cascais. (which might happen very soon). Location is good, the rooms are very nice the personal is extremely friendly and helpful. If you are still search for a nice luxurious hotel don’t think twice.

Excellent hotel with fantastic facilities.The staff were exemplary in all departments especially in the dinning room. The bedrooms are very large and comfortable but a grip on the bath would be helpful for us older guys!! Loved every minute of my stay at this beautiful location.

Just wanted to give some feedback from our recent stay over the Passover holiday at a hosted program at your hotel. What a luxurious vacation. The grounds are just spectacular. Plenty of places that feel secluded to sit quietly and enjoy the beauty with a book. Your staff are among the best I've ever witnessed. I travel extensively for work, and I have to tell you - each and every encounter was a pleasure. They have the most "can do" attitude I've ever witnessed. Special regard for Frederico and Diego at the restaurant - they made us feel like VIP all the time - they are consummate professionals and I can't speak more highly about them. They just made you smile every time you walked in the room. I want to also note that Tania, Rodrigo and Mariana (who were in our area the most helping us) were delightful - always going above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. All of the staff are just amazing.
