Martinhal Cascais

Our second trip to this FANTASTIC hotel. The hotel is modern, clean and the beds are absolutely huge! It is easy to walk into Cascais or grab an Uber. But what makes this hotel truly special are the members of staff. From Luiza and her team on the front desk who are extremely welcoming and always there to help and advise to the lovely staff who serve an incredible breakfast with a smile and a genuine desire to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The pool staff were great fun. We look forward to returning to this outstanding hotel.

This is a really lovely hotel in a beautiful location in Cascais. You can walk easily to the seafront from it, or get an Uber if you want to go down to the Marina or elsewhere. The food is great - I particularly enjoyed breakfast, though the bar food and room service offerings were also good. The real standout of the hotel though is the staff. I had an initial problem with my room which Nuno (?) helped me with, and when that couldn’t easily be fixed Luiza found me an alternative room and the team helped me move without fuss. I should add that the rooms are lovely. Quite big and spacious, lots of nice light from the big balcony windows. I was in Cascais for work, but it was a great, relaxing environment to be staying in. Absolutely wonderful hotel. 5 STARS IN EVERY WAY. Super friendly staff. Warm reception. Perfect. We had the most relaxing enjoyable time. There is so much space everywhere. Our room was huge as was the bathroom and the balcony. The gym had everything and I used it daily for yoga and cardio. We loved the generous landscaped grounds and the outdoor pool. 1 of the 3 pools available. We watched the World Cup football with many of the the residents in the bar and all enjoyed the food. We took the discount deal for booking breakfast for the whole 4 night stay.... THIS IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. The breakfast is so good that you will want it everyday. Also the secluded location means that having a hearty breakfast before you leave the hotel is the wise thing to do. I hope to return before too long

We came for a 60th birthday celebration We are a rowdy bunch. The hotel staff went above and beyond to cater and address our specific needs.(and help with our sabbath observance) Shout out to Luiza Silva from the reception desk for her personal assistance in making our stay wonderful.

The best holiday experience for us. Katia, Nuno, Ricardo, everyone was top class!
