Overall great hotel, extra costs for some amenities
A beautiful resort that is private and great for families. The 2 bedroom suite was pretty spacious, the kids room was a bit small though. The washer/dryer in the suite was clutch since this was the end of our trip and we needed to do laundry badly. Amenities: 4 pools on site. 3 of them are free. The one at the spa that’s heated w/a hot tub and sauna cost 5 euros per person which I wasn’t a fan of. Kids club - costs 12.5 euros per child per hour. Again unfortunate that this isn’t free as other resorts we’ve stayed at included it in the stay. Parking is free if you book a villa Air conditioning is available in the villas We ran into a couple of issues with our room: The downstairs lights stopped working overnight, the tv stopped working, and the toilet paper dispenser broke. The staff was very quick to come and fix the issues. Also note that if you don’t book directly through IHG, you can’t earn points or use your status on site.

An unusual combination at this wonderful hotel of business efficient support for our conference there with a relaxed holiday club atmosphere. So both holidaying and conferencing 'Tribes' mix really well, on a foundation of excellent staff and very good food and facilities

Amazing staff, hotel and rooms. The staff did everything and more to help us and make sure we enjoyed our stay. Very happy with the experience and would definitely return.

Exceptional service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. The cleanliness of the hotel was excellent, and everything was maintained to a very high standard. The food was also outstanding. Breakfast was exceptional, with a great selection and high-quality options available each morning. would highly recommend this hotel to my family and friends and would happily stay here again
