I was woken up at 4am by what reception said (when I called them right away) was the laundry operatives outside and below my room window (loud voices, trolleys). It went on for about 30 minutes and I lost a couple of hours' sleep as a result. When asked at reception the following morning at checkout "Did you enjoy your stay?" I said no and explained what had happened. The lady (who never made eye contact) said "Sorry about that" and then proceeded to charge me full price. I asked if they were seriously going to charge me full price despite what I had told them, she smirked and then grudgingly offered 10% off. Dreadful service.

The location of this hotel can't be beat! The staff of the hotel are very attentive. We enjoyed the breakfast. We would stay here again.

Lovely hotel with lots of interesting features. Friendly, helpful staff. We had 2 rooms, both on the Marina side. Lovely, well appointed rooms however a musty smell in both, suppose it’s because an old building converted, however a bit off putting! Very loud beating music from a bar at the Marina till late, not much the hotel can do about it though! Would request rooms away from marina if loud music bothers you! Good quality breakfast and great location.

This is an amazing hotel with view to the sea and the Marina. The entrance of the hotel is histocal and magical, it is full of art with many paintings. The looby is cozy and they have many areas with small gardens. The breakfast is just wow, probably one of the best views that we had in a breakfast. The food option are good and the service is amazing with staff speaking to you and providing you info about the best places to visit in Cascais. They have a restaurant who serves typical protuguese food which is delicious and the best is the service, which they engage with you and make you feel at home. Definitely we recommend and we will be back.

The hotel was lovely, staff are friendly. It is clean and very central. Our trip ended on a low point however when me and my Friend discovered that both our Ear Pods were missing from the room. Mine was in a zipped pouch in my case so I was mostly upset at the thought of someone rummaging through things. The hotel had us fill in a security report and said they were looking into it. They took my email address and phone number and said they would be in contact. We are back a week now and not a word from the hotel. Very disappointing to come back and not hear back. We are out of pocket after the trip as it will cost over E350 to replace them.
