A Dream Getaway
My wife and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it every aspect exceeded our expectations. Some of the guests were a little stuffy, rude, and pretentious but the staff, grounds, excursions and restaurants were incredible! The staff was beyond friendly, fun, and genuine!

Exquisite experience!
I couldn’t even dream of a more exquisite experience in Tuscany. The grounds… the food… the rooms… and especially the people who work at Castello di Casole were extraordinary in every conceivable way. I simply can’t say enough. Gracie Mille!

Beautiful Hotel and Amazing Views
The staff was so welcoming and helpful. Our room was like an apartment with a living room and hugh bedroom and bath. Very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was served either inside or outside. Great choices. We ate at Tosca and the casual restaurant. Both nights our meals were amazing. The bread and pizza at the casual restaurant was so delicious. We loved our stay. No compliants whatsoever.

The best luxury hotel in Tuscany - BOOK IT!
BOOK IT! One of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The place is exactly what you would picture a hotel in Tuscany to be, the views, the food, the wine … perfection. But nothing compares to the incredible team at Castello Di Casole. You are always greeted with a smile, the team is so kind and they try everything they can to make sure your stay is exceptional. I don’t know everyone’s names but everyone from the valet’s, concierge team, Romina and Elena, the staff at both restaurants Ramzi, the manager at the restaurant, and housekeeping made our stay exceptional. The breakfast!! I can’t say enough good things about our stay. Well done! We will definitely be back, we didn’t want to leave.

Absolutely Amazing
From the very first moment you drive up the cyprus lined drive and arrive at the Castello you will be enchanted and delighted. The location is unbelievable, perched atop a hill you can see the entire region laid out below. The staff is absolutely amazing and you can tell how much they care and welcome you into the Castello di Casole family. We really enjoyed the hiking, biking around the 4,200 acre property and on-site activities (including the Eco Printing class with Marianna Sauro. Dinner at Tosca is not to be missed, I have no doubt they will achieve their goals of being a Michelin starred destination. We can not wait to return and look forward to escaping to Tuscany as often as we can.
