On the downside, despite my Platinum status with Marriott I was given the most basic of rooms, while my sister (Marriott Gold) was given a suite & brothers, who checked in after me, paid extra to upgrade to rooms that were available with balconies. My complimentary breakfast (w/Platinum status), usually a full buffet, was limited to a "Kessler breakfast", an English muffin, 2 small carrot(?) muffins & yogurt - better breakfast are available at Fairfield Inns. On the upside, the musical combo in the lobby on Saturday evening was excellent & they were very helpful in getting a windbreaker I'd left behind on its way back to me although I was responsible for paying the shipping charges.

Stayed at this hotel for one night and loved every minute of our stay. Ours was a really comfortable well equipped corner room with a lakeside view through double aspect windows. The hotel has a boutique feel, but is also very comfortable and relaxing, it’s part of the Autograph Collection by Marriott. There is an art exhibition with various artworks for sale at fairly reasonable prices. There is a pool and jacuzzi on an outdoor wraparound deck over the lake. For lunch we ate vegetarian burgers and chips on the lakeside deck and drank Açai Berry cocktails. The service was exceptional and the food was really tasty. The hotel plays its own mix of ambient music which adds to the very pleasant experience. We had a lovely stay and would definitely stay again.

Came here during Thanksgiving week and have to say i was a bit disappointed by the property and the staff. This is very surprising to me as we have stayed at several Autograph Collection properties in the US and Europe. The location of the property is great, really loved being in the town of Celebration. The parking structure is not immediately within the hotel, its about a block down the way which is odd. We got an upgraded room which was great of the attendant during check in. The bathroom was a NO frills bathroom, just like any other Marriott hotel. Have gotten spoiled by other AC boutique hotels which have a true creative feeling through out the property. First night we went to the lobby bar, the bartender kept disappearing for several minutes at a time while there were a total of 6 people sitting at the bar, some guests were having to wait around for him. He decided it was more important to chat with his friends than to serve us. Wifi at the property was utter crap. They provided us with a different link to use and that one didnt work either.

The rooms are very clean and comforting for tired travelers. The people make the difference, professional, friendly and very helpful. I have stayed here a couple of times now and i'm always treated well.

Returned after staying here last year. Rooms are clean, larger, and beds are very comfortable. The location of this hotel is great, with the ability to walk to quite a few restaurants. Staff are great and usually seem to greet with an open door. I suppose this could be called a boutique hotel, neat little area near the bar (the bar is small, but that's OK), and parking always nearby. Just a quaint place that I was glad to enjoy during a work trip last week.
