This is a beautiful lodge in the heart of the idyllic central Florida oasis of Celebration. The rooms were spacious and well furnished, but hopefully you won’t be assigned to my third floor room that reeked of mildew - the smell is burned into my nostrils it was so strong. Not sure if directly related, but woke up with terrible allergy symptoms. I would have complained to front desk but arrived extremely late and had to scurry out the next morning. It’s unfortunate that I won’t return because it’s a beautiful property in a perfect location.

This is not an Autograph Collection level hotel. The hotel's location is great. Certain members of the staff are great (valet, bar staff, restaurant staff). But decisions have been made in maintenance, staffing levels, and in the choice of desk staff at this location that are not in keeping with other Autograph level hotels. As a result, we way overpaid for a room that had a clear mildew smell, on a floor that was kept in the 50 degree range in the heart of winter. The bar technically stayed open until the posted time but management has them shutting the place down 90 minutes early, so the staff is tasked moving bottles out and closing the bar while it is still open. There is no coffee available in the lobby until the restaurant opens. The desk staff is either indifferent at best (sitting in the office) or nearly hostile at worst (barely gave me permission to leave bags in lobby at checkout while we waited for the car). On the day before checkout when I went to verify online that I had indeed booked at an Autograph-level Marriott I found an online price $150 per night cheaper than what I had paid. I mentioned this to the hotel in my review and to date have heard nothing in terms of resolution (on this or on any other feedback I gave). By the way, Marriott claims that if you book on Bonvoy you have the guaranteed lowest rates. I no longer believe this. Is the hotel ok? Yes. It is worth $300+ a night? No. Is it an Autograph level hotel? They claim it is but it in no way matches nearly every other Autograph level hotel we have stayed in. Avoid this one. You can thank me later.

We stayed at The Inn at Celebration for 4 nights. The front desk made us feel very welcomed. The room was satisfactory.. There was no comfortable chair to relax in, except for a chair that looked like it belonged in a child’s room! My biggest complaint ..there was no complimentary coffee or water in the lobby! The coffee maker in the room was not very good and difficult to work! The room temperature was erratic too! Valet parking staff were very helpful. There was a charge of $32 per day for parking. We were assisted with taking our car out of parking so we could park it on the street! The valet staff deserve 5 Stars! For the price of the room, there were minimal attempts of making me want to return to The Inn at Celebration!

One of the worst experiences I ever had. I’m a male in his young 30s and I was immediately dismissed upon approaching the counter. I told them I have a reservation. They said we’ll get right with you once they did pull out my reservation took my credit card from me and went to run it. I stopped them and said I have already paid online. They said no you haven’t we don’t have anything here. I don’t show them the receipt online and they said that’s booking.com That’s not through us. I told them if you work with them, you should be able to see the payment. He said they never sent anything to us and then proceeded to ignore me for the next 10 minutes so I went to the side and got on the phone with the reservation company. The guy at the front desk and came back over and said oh I’m just gonna check you and if you can send us over the receipt, no payment needed, which means he found his mistake and would not apologize. I checked into the room the valet then proceeded to lose my keys later took about 30 minutes for me to get my car so I could get something out of it. I checked out of the hotel and went home that night and did not stay. They charge three to $700 for a room for a room no more upscale than a quality in. do not recommend.

Very close to the theme parks but located in a rather quiet area, with clean comfortable rooms. It has a lake with walking trails and restaurants around.

“Excellent location. Fun to walk around the village area and around the lake and the bar is the happening place at night. Since it is not in the Disney complex it is quieter with less kids. Beautiful rooms. Perfect for a couple.”
