Bohemian Hotel Celebration

One of the worst experiences I ever had. I’m a male in his young 30s and I was immediately dismissed upon approaching the counter. I told them I have a reservation. They said we’ll get right with you once they did pull out my reservation took my credit card from me and went to run it. I stopped them and said I have already paid online. They said no you haven’t we don’t have anything here. I don’t show them the receipt online and they said that’s booking.com That’s not through us. I told them if you work with them, you should be able to see the payment. He said they never sent anything to us and then proceeded to ignore me for the next 10 minutes so I went to the side and got on the phone with the reservation company. The guy at the front desk and came back over and said oh I’m just gonna check you and if you can send us over the receipt, no payment needed, which means he found his mistake and would not apologize. I checked into the room the valet then proceeded to lose my keys later took about 30 minutes for me to get my car so I could get something out of it. I checked out of the hotel and went home that night and did not stay. They charge three to $700 for a room for a room no more upscale than a quality in. do not recommend.

Very close to the theme parks but located in a rather quiet area, with clean comfortable rooms. It has a lake with walking trails and restaurants around.

The staff here is great. We were in town due to surgery at a nearby hospital and the staff made the stay very comfortable. I would like to specifically mention Emanda, Carlos and all the Valet staff. They went out of their way to make sure our needs were met. The food was very good. Room was clean and kept that way. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 2 nights at the end of our Washington DC to Orlando road trip. We used valet parking, highly recommend. Room was beautiful, overlooking the lake. We had a delicious breakfast for 2 days, had drinks on the patio in the evening. Great place for a short stay in Celebration.

Currently staying at this lovely looking hotel Came back to our room yesterday at 9 pm after being out all day on our first night of three staying here. Room was not cleaned , towels not replaced , no new coffee - Zero service . After a long hot day in Florida we called reception to ask why our room was not serviced , to be told coldly - well you did not request it to be cleaned . So this hotels policy but never explained to us or even told to us was that if you stay here you have to request , cleaning , new towels or coffee , despite paying for these things. The attitude of the reception lady was terrible when we explained nobody had told us as she said - well there is a sign you need to hang on your door to request . No there was no sign in our room or on our door . At 9.30 at night we had a bundle of towels delivered and a sign to hang on the door requesting service . No room service or apology . Felt like we’re were kids being told off for inconveniencing the reception lady who was just sat behind the desk seemingly doing nothing when we arrived .
