We have been coming here for over a decade. It used to be beautiful place with efficient and friendly service. This is a business trip for us so we did not stay at the hotel much this time around but enough to notice that the service was off. Our stay was otherwise uneventful except for the water that was shut off for about 10-12 hours due to a pipe bursting at the hotel. It is what happened after we checked out that is problematic: My husband forgot a whole bunch of our clothing from drawers in the bedroom's dresser. Immediately after we realized it, a couple of hours after leaving, we called the hotel back. No problem we thought, we were still in FL we could drive back and get it. Silly us. Long story short, it will be a week tomorrow since we checked out and after numerous phone calls, voicemails left unanswered, direct conversations with staff that do not seem to be aware of much - btw, English is not my first language either but come on folks, could we get someone who has a basic command of the language to answer the phone?? - I finally was able talk to a lady who told me to just email them a pre-paid label so they could send us the clothing back. She could not specify to me whether they were actually in possession of the articles, let alone give me a weight estimate for the articles - all for the cost of the pre-paid label. Ok, let's try our chance anyway and use the email provided to get more information in order to email that pre-paid label... Nope, you guessed it, we get an -out of office/on vacation/unable to check my email- response. We guess it is time to kiss our missing clothing goodbye Who runs this place??

Staff was amazing. Valet service Walter Jay and Sedrick very professional helpful and nice. Hotel was clean but needs some updates which I was told is going to happen. You can’t beat the location. A short walk to restaurants shops and walking trails

The last day at that property I was "welcomed" by a very unprofessional valet when I arrived prior to checking out. Took my keys from the car and I has to park and look for the charging cable to connect it to the car. Not even a can I help you , nothing. He just dessapeared with my keys. When I got home I found a bed bug in my luggage. After complaining I had a reply by a front desk agent Mr. V telling me that everyting was going to be investigated. To make it simple took a week and was after I emailed him again to be told that what I saw in my luggage was not a bed bug because he had his special team look for traces in the room that I was and didnt find any. I provided him with a picture and he responded with a wikipedia article for me to find the specifications and meassurments. Yes a client from this hotel was told to look in wikipedia. To me this is completely unacceptable.

Be aware. This hotel charged us for valet parking and later a bottle of wine from the room totaling $100. We never used either. They eventually refunded the money - without apology. But this lacks class and left me feel very undervalued. I would not stay there again. Also, the property is dated with popcorn ceilings.

Extremely disappointed in how they handle their business. I booked my trip with hotwire and was charged on July 9, 2023 ($446.67). I stayed from July 8-10. When I left the Celebration hotel wrongly charged me on July 10, $264 USD for my stay (it was already paid by hotwire). I call them in August when I realized the mistake. They acknowledged it during the call and reimbursed me $259 USD on August 3. However, on August 8, they charged me again the $259 USD. I have called them for them to make the amendment, but they are too busy, or they don't care. I will recommend people to avoid dealing with this hotel as they are dishonest and have very poor customer service. WATCH OUT if they have your credit card as they will invoice you things that should not be on you!
