I recently stayed at Island Shangri-la, Hong Kong and was blown away by the exceptional service and perfect room. From the warm welcome at check-in to the spotless and tastefully decorated room, every detail was impeccable. The knowledgeable staff provided excellent recommendations and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel on-site restaurant was also outstanding. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend Island Shangri-la, Hong Kong for an unforgettable stay.

My regular hotel for HK visits as the experience is always first rate and relaible. I know exactly what to expect and typically the service deleivery exceeds this high benchmark. The location is superb as I enjoy being able to go for walks in HK Park then along Bowan Road, while the proximity to the CBD and MTR is a plus for easily getting to business meetings without getting caught in HK's busy traffic.

We recently had an amazing experience at a Shangri-La Island hotel. The level of attention to detail was truly impressive, from the team who helped us with our luggage to the staff who assisted us with checking in and shared information about the facilities. We booked the Garden Lodge family room, which included a pantry on the same level that was accessible for all food and drinks (although it's unclear if parents can take the food). The price was high, but it was worth the experience. Additionally, we found it very convenient that they have WhatsApp, which allowed us to ask questions without the need to dial '0' on the phone. We can say that it was truly impressive. We want to give a special shoutout to Keisey and her team who made our stay even better!

My family had a great time. Newly renovated room and facilities were great. Especially, Nicole and Kaysie from the guest relations did a great job helping our family to have the best time at the hotel
