Comfortable stay in Centurion
A comfortable hotel with smart, well laid out rooms. The room included a kettle with supplies of tea/coffee, a heater and a good sized tv. The public areas of the hotel were particularly lovely - the first floor lobby with a roaring fire led onto a cosy bar and a well sized restaurant that rustled up some decent food at short notice. Nice decoration too - such as the paintings of cricket grounds in the hallway leading up to the restaurant (quite appropriate as many rooms look out on Centurion Park cricket stadium). Overall, a good place to stay in the area.

Average Hotel
The hotel is convenient located. However the breakfast was not ready at the stated time as per 06:30 and at 07:00 we still waited for pastries and hot food to be ready so we can eat. As we checked out early could not enjoy breakfast as it was not available and fully functional at stated time. The airconditioning in the room was also not fully functional, and the housekeeping will come and service room even if you still present when we asked for a few minutes to leave ao she can have full access when we out. The Lake/ river next to the hotel also left a bad smell hanging the entire time which was not enjoyable or pleasant.

Centurian Hotel to the rescue
The Hotel was excellently situated close to the Unitas hospital where our friend was in ICU, and just a 5 minute Uber ride away and the staff were incredibly hospitable and kind as they knew our situation they were all caring and more than helpful with waiting on us at the dinner table to offering to bring food to our room- we left the hotel feeling we had made friends, from the security guard at the gate to the GM! highly recommended as very close to the Centurian Mall a shore 4 minute walk away in a very safe area of Pretoria

Quarantine
Amazing stay, wonderful staff, unlimited fast wifi, wonderful view over the Centurion lake, amazing breakfast brought to your room, clean and neat rooms. Spent quarantine in this hotel and do not regret it 💯🥳 Will definitely recommend to others 💪

Not a 4 star hotel
We selected the hotel based on its rating and proximity to Pretoria for a one night stay. Generally an edgy experience in a tired city hotel located close to the cricket ground. 3 stars would be a more appropriate rating. Amenities were basic but effective. General safety was a concern, and while nothing happened we were always careful around the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only stayed one night so wasn't a big issue.
