The Emiline was lovely! The service was on point! Mark, Jimmy and Emma were the best. So above and beyond and friendly. The restaurant was excellent as well! Location for downtown was the most convenient and although we didn't bring pets, we loved that you're pet friendly!

The experience at the Hotel Emeline was very positive. Even before arriving, the hotel concierge, Christine Swanson, provided me valuable information, arranged dinner reservations, and booked tours for me and my group. Once I arrived, I was able to meet her in person and she was even more lovely. The room was clean and nicely styled. It is a very quaint, boutique hotel, and we were definitely pleased with the service, the accommodations and especially the staff.

My wife and I went to Charleston for a Birthday/Anniversary getaway. Overall we really enjoyed Emeline. We got a courtesy upgraded room which was a nice bonus. The room was very nice and the housekeeping was good. Nespresso, water and fruit on every floor was a nice touch. The Ckerks coffee shop was good but we utilized the free coffee served in the lobby and snacked with Nespresso. The location was great. We walked to every restaurant and all the shopping was very close by. The location was the best part honestly. My only negative comment was the staff. They were not overly friendly or helpful. They did their job but seemed irritated half the time. The doormen were the worst. If they were even there, they were talking to each other while people struggled with their bags. I definitely expected some Southern hospitality but instead got East Coast rudeness. Other small things were that the ice machine was broken and Inly one slow working elevator. I would stay again but they would benefit from some hospitality training.

Had a 3 night stay end of April and had an excellent experience. Loved the hotel and the location can’t be beat. The little coffee and water station were perfect for our group and fruit was also available. Rooms were very clean and a nice robe was provided. Not the biggest room I’ve stayed in but it suited our needs perfectly. The hotel and restaurant was busy that weekend and it just added to the fun. Received exceptional service from all the staff and Jimmy and Mark with valet services were fantastic!!!! Definitely will return!!!

Hotel is beautiful and well maintained. Bed was superior comfort. Staff was friendly and helpful and offered a delicious welcome drink upon arrival. Hotel amenities are top notch. It’s right in the center of town and the valet service was so helpful with recommendations and service when needed. Top notch. I would like to thank Jacob, Blake and Chase for their hospitality.
