The Dunhill Hotel is a boutique hotel, in a great location with lots of walkability to a variety of venues, and convenient parking including valet or self-parking. The staff is friendly, available, and accommodating. Christina at the front desk was on top of every request. Dinner at Asbury was delicious and relaxing. The bed was extremely comfortable resulting in a solid nights' sleep - thank you! We enjoyed a brief stay at the Dunhill and would highly recommend to couples, business guests, friends' trips, etc.

Absolutely stellar customer service and accommodations. Christina (sp?) at the desk was especially helpful and pleasant. Having worked in the hotel industry in Charlotte in the past, I can tell you this place has the best band for the buck have down.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The uniqueness of the rooms and the friendly staff made our date night fantastic. Its prime Uptown location places you steps away from all that downtown Charlotte has to offer. They even offer turn down service and have a cute bar right on the premises. We will definitely stay here again.

After a long day of canceled flights by American Airlines, we received a voucher to stay at one of their hotels used. We randomly chose the Dunhill. The only highlight in the wee hours of the morning, was finding this gem of a hotel. The wonderful smiling face of Lawrence was the most genuine kindness that greeted us at the door. Immediately to follow was the great Kevin behind the front desk, calmly and sweetly working his way through all the reservations that had also been flooding in last minute due to airline malfunctions. The hotel is adorable, but these two men turned what had been terrible so far, into a awesome experience. Had a lovely stay at the Dunhill. The staff were incredibly positive and friendly - especially Badriyah who really made us feel welcome. And Taylor, our server at the Asbury, was a very pleasant and calming presence. Would love to come stay again the next time we visit.
