We stayed here for 4 nights. The hotel itself looks good upon arrival. We stayed in the grand deluxe room. When first entering our room I did feel very disappointed to be honest. The room was very dark and felt quite depressing. Can't fault the size of it but decor wise was not good. There were cracks in the walls, tiny tv with 1 English channel. The balcony had no view whatsoever, just the rear view of the reception area. When booking we did mention that we were celebrating my birthday and I felt like we were given the worst room in the hotel. We did ask to upgrade but were told there were no rooms available. The beach was very dirty. When walking further down, other hotels kept their beachfront very clean. This one had rubbish all over the sand. Wasn't very appealing to want to sit on the beach to be honest. The pool isn't huge and often had leaves floating around. I just think to improve this place it would take simple measures to be put in place when keeping the beach clean and the pool. Maybe update furniture and decorate rooms to make them less gloomy. I can't fault the staff though, they were all very kind and friendly. The breakfast was very good too, plenty to choose from. If the things I mentioned were addressed then this hotel would easily get a 5 star review.

We certainly made a huge mistake by believing that story by the pictures on Agoda and other sites. We got something totally different then the pictures suggests. Hotel has hundreds of stairs regardless of where your room is based. We by far had the worst room no doubt. As some of the rooms had really nice views. Room was big but lifeless by design. Tv very small compared to other hotels in similar plus only few channels to choose. Had no had drying towels of face towels. MOSQUITOS trive here as all rooms are dark. We both been bitten all over including ass (painful) Our most disappointing bit was the Beach. Looked amazing on the pictures but unfortunately was very poor and clean like rest of the neighbouring hotels. It was full seaweeds and oil stain. Breakfast was poor nothing really interesting same every day. Staff was very helping and attentive! Bed was comfy. For the money I would go elsewhere for sure.

Such a nice and clean hotel, close to the main activities but far enough for a quiet and delighted stay. Staff is friendly and it's definitely worth for a try. Enjoyed the swimming pool with a great view. Would go back again next time being in Samui.

Good place to visit closed to everything you need, restaurants, shopping, you can go by walk it not really that far like 10 mins The hotel was cleaned and the staff was so friendly, especially the housekeeping side ❤️ recommend to stay 👏👏👏

The staff was exceptionally friendly, with warm welcomes and kind personalities. The rooms and exterior were both clean and beautiful, especially the scenery. It was a very relaxing stay, that I thoroughly enjoyed. If I ever return to this area, I will definitely stay again.
