When I think of the standard of service at a hotel- Anatara is it!! From check-in to check-out, everyone was so incredibly nice! They took care of everything, from celebrating a milestone birthday, incredible food & drinks, transportation, (even ensuring we had towels for our elephant excursion), great spa treatments, maintained cleanliness, turn down service, and a beautiful property- I loved Anatara chiang mai! It actually made me wish I had booked Anatara properties for the rest of my time in Thailand! The location was great- super peaceful and quiet near the river, could walk or take tuk tuks to the old city for just 150baht. Gym looked amazing although we were too busy to be able to use it- they did offer 3 classes a day you could take!

Excellent service, staff, facilities. Price a bit high but worth to pay! Of course we will be back again.

I loved this resort as soon as I checked in. The staff is amazing and attentive. They catered to my every need with genuine smiles and were very helpful during my stay. My room was kept perfectly clean and I loved the turn-down service before bed. The property is well-kept and serene, including the pool/cabana area. I did the herbal compress making activity, which I found delightful. After being out in the heat exploring the city, this was the perfect little oasis to come back to. I highly recommend this resort!
