My new favorite in Chicago
From the moment we walked in we’ve had the best experience. We were asked if we wanted to upgrade to a lake view suite. I’m so glad we did. The layout was terrific! A living room with sofa, chairs, panorama view which is separated from the bedroom by a pocket door. The bathroom in the living room has a shower and the incomparable Toto toilet/bidet. The master has a dressing area and larger bathroom with a FABULOUS separate soaking tub plus shower. The vibe of the interiors is decidedly Japanese with a little Scandinavian flair. Think pale woods, creamy marble and soft greys. The automatic shades and sheers mean you can let in as little or as much light as you want. Both rooms have huge windows complete with window seats. We had cocktails on their 7th floor garden which were lovely. In-room dining was delicious, nicely presented, and efficient. Reception was welcoming and efficient. The doormen could not have been nicer or more helpful.

Best people and hotel
Love the Park Hyatt Chicago. Location fantastic, people superb, food and beverage excellent. They make you feel at home here and we keep coming back. Nomi is fantastic for breakfast and afternoon cocktails. This hotel gets it right!

Great rooms and fantastic spa
We stayed at the Park Hyatt ans part of our wedding anniversary celebration. We had a lake view room which was beautiful in both the daytime (watching the waves hit the breakers in the lake or watching people on Michigan Ave). The NoMi spa was the highlight of the stay. The staff was extremely accommodating and service oriented. We had a couples massage and both felt so relaxed afterwards that you could have scooped us off the table and wheeled us back to the room. We want to come back when the weather is nicer so we can experience the rooftop bar.

Terrific stay
Room and facilities were terrific. Very clean. Housekeeping went above and beyond to make me comfortable as I had to deal with a bad cold.
