Worth the price.
Excellent experience. Attentive and friendly staff. Solid bar and lounge areas. Great room, larger than most. If you're willing to pay a little extra for a superior experience, this is the place.

Exceptional staff handled each request
We had a wonderful stay at Four Seasons Chicago for a birthday celebration All the staff provided exceptional service. We had 3 suites which were perfect The concierge really helped with some pre visit planning. We had some unexpected requests which they handled smoothly. I will definitely go back

Outstanding Service and Genuine Kindness During our recent stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago, my husband and I had the pleasure of being driven by a thoughtful gentleman, Adam, who truly went above and beyond to make our experience special. He was exceptionally kind, courteous, and thoughtful. His professionalism and attention to our comfort and safety were greatly appreciated. His kindness left a lasting impression us, and we are grateful for the care he showed us. He is a wonderful ambassador for the Four Seasons brand and deserves recognition for his outstanding service. It is staff like Adam who make the Four Seasons such an exceptional hotel. Thank you to the ENTIRE staff for paying attention to even the smallest of details. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

They pretend to be nice, but in the background, they are screwing you over.
The breakfast lounge is overrated and way too expensive for what you get. When We were checking out. They pattered our bill with other people‘s bill and it took three days to get them removed.

I took my international student, my mother, and the rest of the family to celebrate 2 birthdays- the attention to detail thoughtfulness in making it a truly magical experience will be remembered and deeply appreciated - the type of memory that makes you proud that your family got to create core memories.
