Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

This was my 2nd stay at The Four Season Hotel, Chicago. I chose this hotel first because of the location last month. Everybody there was fantastic and helpful that I decided to stay there again. It was just as fantastic. Because it was so cold we just stayed in the hotel. Everyone was so helpful! The room was so comfortable with great linens and plenty of pillows. I will always choose this hotel when staying in Chicago!

We stayed in the hotel from just after Christmas through to 4th January 2026. I travelled with my partner and 6 year old son. I can honestly say that this is the best hotel that I've stayed in. Before I even arrived, i was in contact with the hotel concierge Kyle who was extremely helpful with helping us to book restaurants. Kristen who is the chief concierge and Guest Relations manager was also in touch and was so incredibly helpful with great recommendations and offering to book restaurants for us, as we were finding it difficult to get in contact with some of the restaurants. We were excited to arrive and our pre experience of the hotel was already incredible. When we arrived, the staff could not have been nicer and more professional, from check in to departure, we were so well looked after. The small touches, such as treats left in our room, a snow ball surprise for our son in our room were really appreciated. The rooms were fabulous, the spa, the bar, the restaurant, all were amazing and all staff super friendly and attentive. If ever I had a question with the concierge team there, they were ever so helpful. The hotel is on a fabulous location, right on magnificent mile. Let me please give a special mention to Kristen. There was a small issue with our luggage when being stored upon arrival, a slight bit of damage was done. Kristen emailed to ask to meet me. When we met her, she was so apologetic about what had happened and gave us a really generous gift during our stay which we are so grateful for, she would also stop by to take the time to talk to us when dining in the hotel, Kristen is a truly wonderful amd friendly person and the Four Seasons are lucky to have her. All in all, we loved it from the rooms, to the food, the location the cleanliness of the hotel, the spa and pool, the drinks. We have nothing even slightly negative to say. Keep up the great work. As someone who regularly stays in 5 star hotels, the Four Seasons and this hotel in particular has won us over, we cannot wait to visit the hotel again. The Four Seasons Chicago is top tier. We hosted a large event there and it went off without a hitch. Flawless execution, impeccable service, to over the top details and delights. Grateful! Memorable! It was the perfect location and experience.

This property is in an amazing location. From start to finish the experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were warm, engaging and professional. Checkin was seamless. The room was in perfect condition and housekeeping was great. I feel valued and am treated well. In sum, it’s a great experience and property.

Just had another fantastic experience at the Four Seasons Chicago. Travelled with my teenage daughter and the team welcomed her with such warmth it was so special. Kristen met us out front and took a pic to get things started. We were greeted by Melissa at check in and she was so wonderful as she greeted my daughter by name (as did Kristen) and could not have been more gracious. Melissa walked us to the elevator and really did such a wonderful job as it was the first time my daughter has stayed at the property. We were greeted in the upgraded room by the kindest and warmest note from Wilbur Diaz. He really personalized things and made my daughter feel so welcomed with his words. I thank you from my heart! He placed all kinds of treats in the room and she certainly enjoyed all of them. The room was just perfect! He also was texting to make sure we were all set and came out to meet my daughter as well. This type of attention to detail solidifies my loyalty! This was such a warm gesture of kindness on their behalf. It was nice to see Mason and Karen (concierge) along with the whole team. Everyone at this hotel is looking to make sure we are happy and always looking to help out. The guys out front were always so pleasant and greeted us by name. Housekeeping was tops as the order in which they keep the room is impeccable. The team at the spa was also so welcoming and so nice to see Lisa along with the entire team. The gym renovation is really well done and the equipment is a big upgrade. The entire stay could not have been better and I look forward to my next visit to Chicago as this team is such a wonderful group of people! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!
