So Much More Than a Hotel
The Four Seasons Chicago is so much more than a hotel. Certainly it is a beautiful hotel with a gorgeous restaurant, a beautiful pool, a perfectly-equipped fitness center, and it's ideally located, but the Four Seasons Chicago team is what makes it more than a hotel. Doing a staycation for my wife's birthday, the whole team went above and beyond to make her day special. Not only did numerous team members make it a point to wish her happy birthday, but there were many special points of recognition and wonderful amenities. Chicago has many, many hotel options, but in this crowded and competitive market, I genuinely can't imagine staying anywhere else. I recommend the hotel wholeheartedly to friends and families and I will continue to do so.

Alexandria is the best
WiFi was great, had extra screens. Space for business meetings exceeded expectations. Alexandria was the best!!

Another great stay!
My family and I loved our stay at the Four Seasons in Chicago! This trip has become a yearly tradition for us and we look forward to it each year. The location could not be better. Once we get to the hotel we spend our stay walking around and enjoying the city. We enjoyed ending each night stopping at Jenny's for ice cream on our way back to the hotel. Our room was very nice and clean. We also enjoyed using the pool and fitness areas each day.

Best Chicago Weekend Getaway
Wonderful weekend with my girlfriends . From the moment you step in until the moment you leave you’re pampered with excellent service, amazing food, and a beautiful suite with beautiful views of the city and lake. Four Seasons Chicago is meticulously decorated and maintained . It is situated near amazing landmarks, shopping, the beach and many restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel for business and for friends and family stays. Looking forward to my next visit.

Best hotel experience
Perfect location, great atmosphere that’s modern yet has a very warm feel to it. All of the staff from reception, concierge, housekeeping, bell boys, and restaurant staff all went out of their way to acknowledge us and our anniversary. They made our stay memorable & we will definitely be back
