A Truly Wonderful Stay with Exceptional Service. Thank you!!
Such a wonderful stay at the Four Seasons Chicago! The room was beautiful, and the view was incredible. What really stood out was the staff. Michelle at the front desk was so warm and welcoming, and Karen, Michelle, and Kyle at the Concierge Desk were incredibly helpful. Everyone I interacted with genuinely seemed to care about making my stay a great one. Housekeeping was fantastic and somehow kept my room in perfect order while I was coming and going for the Christie’s Real Estate conference. The doormen were always friendly and welcoming, and the banquet team did a great job as well. The food was delicious! As a former hotel-side event planner, I know how much work goes into hosting a conference, so I have an extra appreciation for the entire team behind the scenes. The conference services team deserves a big shoutout too. It really was the little things, the friendly faces, and the consistent service that made the stay so enjoyable. Thank you to the entire Four Seasons Chicago team for making it such a great experience!

Quiet Luxury in Chicago
Met my Sister. First time we’ve ever been together in a big city. The Four Seasons service and quiet luxury made our trip special. The brand works. Transparent costs and diligent bookkeeping. I was preparing to call upon reviewing my folio from the hotel but the billing department caught it for me. Service. That invisible service that is necessary. Our room and the housekeeping was perfect.

Excellent Large Room
An excellent first class downtown hotel in Chicago. Large comfortable room with lots of amenities. Restaurant is a bit small for a large hotel but the offerings were very good. Plenty of staff available for any questions/issues.

Thoughtful and amazing for special weekend
What an amazing weekend. We were celebrating my best friend’s 50th birthday. The location was perfect, the room beautiful, and the staff were incredible from check-in, spa treatments, and valet. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and went the extra to wish her happy birthday. We are looking forward to our next stay.
