Magical 50th Anniversary
My wife and I just celebrated our 50th Wedding Anniversary at the Four Seasons Chicago, and it was nothing short of magical! Every single detail of our stay was absolutely perfect — the gorgeous suite, the breathtaking view, and, most of all, the incredible staff who went above and beyond to answer every question and anticipate everything we needed. The concierge team was outstanding, handling our dinner reservations flawlessly. Honestly, we could not have asked for a more perfect way to celebrate this milestone. Our heartfelt thanks to the entire Four Seasons Chicago team for making it a trip we'll never forget!

Great get-away in Chicago
We just came back from The Four Seasons and had a great experience. The lobby on 7th floor is quite large with many areas to sit. I think what made the hotel experience great is the staff at hotel. We had a problem in the room which was fixed quickly but later in day front desk called to make sure everything was ok. The concierge got us a reservation in a restaurant that was booked when I tried. We ate breakfasts in the restaurant and our server Margarite was an absolute delight. We stayed in a city executive suite and were somewhat disappointed in the room. I found the bathroom to be quite dated and the shower was extremely small. The location is also ideal. Great shopping and restaurants within walking distance.

The Four Seasons is my hotel of choice and the Chicago location did NOT disappoint. From check in to the room and amenities, to the restaurant and room service, it was virtually flawless. The staff was extraordinary at all levels.

Luxury in the city
Our experience at Chicagos 4 Seasons Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the warm greeting at reception for check-in , the friendly young man who brought our bags to the kind and professional room cleaner, smiling staff members were quick with a hello. The environment is beautiful and comfortable. Location is perfect for exploring the city and a short walk to Lincoln park or the lakefront. Highly recommend..
