Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

Had a staycation at Four Seasons Chicago with some friends and had a wonderful experience. The pool and spa are newly refreshed and lovely. The front desk gave my child a Four Seasons stuffed animal when we were checking out - super nice touch. And free coffee in the lobby and spa! Love it.

I recently visited the Four Seasons Chicago for a girls’ weekend, and it was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. Every detail was thoughtful, every moment felt pampering, and it honestly exceeded every expectation we had. Our room was impeccable, beautifully designed, spotless, and unbelievably comfortable. The service throughout our stay was unmatched. From check-in to room service to every staff interaction in between, everyone was warm, kind, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. We enjoyed time at the pool and spa area, which were luxurious, serene, and extremely clean. We even fit in a workout, and the fitness center was fantastic, well-equipped with great touches like electrolyte water and everything you’d want for a refreshing session. A special mention goes to Laura, the Commercial Director, who personally greeted us and made us feel so welcome. Her warmth and hospitality set the tone for our entire stay. Every detail, from room service to the amazing turn-down service, made us feel cared for and completely indulged. It’s truly the best luxury hotel experience and worth every single penny. We’re already talking about when we can plan our next stay because it was that amazing. If you’re looking for a pampering, top-tier experience, this is the place. Absolutely flawless!

I absolutely love staying at the Four Seasons Chicago—it truly feels like my home away from home. I travel from Vermont to Chicago over 12 times a year, often as a solo female traveler, and this hotel consistently makes me feel welcomed, safe, and completely taken care of. From the moment I arrive, the experience is seamless. The staff recognizes me, knows my name, and often has my keys ready curbside for check-in. I always receive the same room category I request, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail and commitment to consistency. There’s something incredibly reassuring and cozy about walking into a large city hotel and having total confidence that everything is handled. The service goes above and beyond in ways that truly matter. For example, I can call the front desk to pre-order lunch, and it’s prepared and waiting for me—served promptly upon my arrival. Anything I need, I know they will genuinely do their best to accommodate. The staff is warm, smiley, and genuinely positive, which makes every stay a pleasure. As a frequent five-star traveler around the globe—and especially in Chicago—there is simply no other hotel I would choose to stay at. The Four Seasons Chicago sets the standard, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago -- not only are the rooms/views beautiful and the location ideal, but the staff is perfect. Everyone on the team is helpful, professional and eager to make my stay as wonderful as possible. Special shoutout to Kristen and Christopher, who really went above and beyond. I can almost always find something to improve upon, but FS Chicago is {chef's kiss} perfect.
