A truly delightful 48-hour family stay.
We had a magical 48-hour stay at the hotel, leaving only for dinner a short walk away. Everyone at the hotel from the front desk to concierge to the pool staff to room service and maid service and valet made us feel incredibly special and pampered. Everything at the hotel was perfectly appointed and we felt like we were living in a castle with incredible bedding, welcoming rooms, lots of amenities, and DELCIOUS food (the ham and cheese omelet I had one morning was one of the best I've had in my life). We are local (we came for a Spring Break staycation) and we will absolutely be back for more memory making and relaxation at - as far as I'm concerned - the best hotel in Chicago. Thank you to all the Four Seasons staff for making our stay truly delightful!

Everything about this FS is above and beyond expectation. The location is also perfectly located walking distance to all the top shops and restaurants as well as close proximity to the water. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for a wonderful place to unwind and connect with my family. Thank you to : ANGEL, VINCENTE, JOHANNA, CAMILLO, ANNA in the spa (best therapist guys!!!), VERNADINE (please book her for a pedicure-she's a legend). and of course JEFF, BRADLEY and COURTNEY!!! Seriously, the best Easter holiday ever. Tons to do for families (bracelet making station?!.. so cool) and a relaxing time for adults (Adorn Brunch is not to be missed and the gentleman who runs it is so sweet) Also, a huge thank you to the concierge team! Guys, These are the super outstanding ppl who make the Four Seasons the best place in Chicago. Yes the location is perfect… but these folks make your stay elegant and memorable. Save their names and look for them. If you know you know!
