Housekeeping service is the best!
This was my first visit to the Four Seasons Chicago, and I was very impressed with the level of service I received from everyone I encountered. While I've come to expect great service from the customer facing staff, it was the thoughtful attention to detail of the housekeeping staff that set this experience apart from any other hotel I have visited. Well done!

A Wonderful Experience.
The hotel is very beautiful, it is also immaculately maintained and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, My room was beuatiful and had stunning views. The event we attended was seamless and a huge success inpart becasue of the hotel events team who were really on the ball. A wonderful experience. Best, Sheenagh

Real relaxation and personalized service.
The staff anticipated every need. We had an amazing weekend. Our bartenders and wait staff took excellent care of us. They brought us wake me up shots, playing cards and great advice for exploring Chicago. We love coming here and will continue to come here several times a year for our staycations.
