Reviews for Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

Timeless luxury always in style

Went to Chicago for a Cubs game with my 10 year old son and stayed at the FS Chicago. The personal touches and hospitality are off the charts at this hotel. My son was recognized with a FS stuffie, robe, cookies, and slippers during his stay. Housekeeping, both day and turndown, were excellent. It’s so nice to come back from dinner to a clean room ready for bed. We had lunch the first day and the service was excellent. I’m gluten and dairy free and the server ensured me they had a dedicated fryer and would take care preparing my food. We also visited the pool 4 times in 48 hours. For my son, the pool and jacuzzi were the highlight of his stay. Finally, we checked out and the doorman, Ben Martin, bid us a warm farewell. He’s been there 37 years! There might be other hotels that are newer but none are as personal and warm as the Four Seasons!

True luxury!

I stayed here all last week for business and had a very comfortable stay. I arrived well before check-in time. Megan at the front desk not only found me a room, but upgraded me to a corner suite on a high floor away from all the city noise. She also recommended some great lunch spots and made a wonderful first impression. Daniel then arrived with my luggage. He pointed out some of the unique features of my room and made sure I had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Upon returning to my room from lunch, an XL robe and pair of slippers had appeared (something I had requested on the helpful app before I checked in) along with a healthy fruit bowl and some nice water. Halfway through my visit, I also received some chocolate-dipped macarons! At one point, I treated myself to a facial in the spa. Annetta was my esthetician and could not have been more delightful, providing a very nourishing and relaxing treatment. I also ordered room service. They accidentally forgot to omit the whipped cream on my ice cream sundae and rushed up a new one upon me reporting it. They even removed it from the bill which was a nice gesture. There's truly nothing better than a late-night room service dinner in a Four Seasons bed! The room itself was very comfortable, with high end finishes/furnishings and thoughtful amenities from housekeeping like a heavenly lavender and eucalyptus-scented pillow spray left at turndown, a bookmark laid atop my book, a microfiber cloth placed beside my computer screen, and endless Le Labo Hinoki bath amenities (including bath salts!). Oh, and the water pressure in the shower was almost too much which is never the case! :) On a side note, Rhonda with security was extremely helpful and professional in looking for a credit card my boss had left in the bar on a previous visit. It's rare to encounter a security person so hospitable. Every interaction with the entire staff was so genuine and professional--something I have found at all of their properties in which I have been privileged to stay! And shout-out to whomever who shined my shoes. They look brand new!

Great stay

Gorgeous room with fantastic views of the city and the lake. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We were impressed with how quiet the halls and rooms were overall...most of the time we felt like we had a floor to ourselves because we couldn't hear anyone else. The location is prime for shopping, eating, and exploring, and having the mall attached was perfect for rainy days. We didn't partake in any spa services, but the pool, hot tub, sauna, and steam room were excellent and very clean overall. Overall very satisfied.

Exceptional

The front desk team, led by the exceptional Melissa, makes me feel like a valued member of the family. The General Manager, Alex, and Melissa are always attentive and welcoming. The turn-down team, particularly Dnight, is meticulous in their work. They ensure that the room is left in a peaceful and inviting state, providing a conducive environment for a restful night’s sleep.

Great Birthday Stay

Great time at the Four Seasons Chicago! I was there celebrating my birthday and the Four Seasons team made me feel extra special with a room upgrade and a few thoughtful gifts and amenities. The view from our room was spectacular with views of the Chicago skyline and Lake Michigan. All of the staff members were friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again.
