Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

We LOVE the FS Chicago and have stayed here for the past 25 years. Our most recent stay was 6 nights and we were there to enjoy the city. Every single employee is genuinely kind and caring. Special shout outs to Mason (rooms manager), Karen (best concierge in town!), Luke (front desk), Adam (house car driver), and Stacy (Adorn Restaurant). The hotel is the whole package from the rooms, food, spa, and overall atmosphere. I have already booked our stay for next summer and we might be there again in the winter. So go ahead and book a stay here because you won't regret it!

Although I have stayed at this fabulous hotel many times in the last fifteen years, I received the best service last weekend by Front Desk professional named Angel. This gentleman took the time to ensure my room preferences were met. He even upgraded my room to ensure they were met. This is above and beyond service. Angel ensured that special foam pillows were also prompted brought to my room immediately. Service lacks in a lot of hotels these days, but FOUR SEASONS STILL EXCEEDS expectations. Excellent location, suite and even better is their attention to detail. LOVE this hotel!

Quick get away to Chicago and stayed at the Four Seasons Chicago. Wonderful hotel with top notch staff. Excellent location to shopping and restaurants. We loved the professionalism of all the staff we engaged with and their housekeeping team is excellent. Highly recommend!

Our recent stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago was absolute perfection from start to finish. We chose the hotel for our trip and stayed in the Author Suite which was perfectly comfortable for a family of four with two young kids and offered spectacular views of the lake and Michigan Ave that everyone could enjoy. We held an intimate celebration honoring a newly engaged couple in our family in the Mile High Cocktail Club on the 46th floor. The venue was stunning, offering a cozy, classy speakeasy atmosphere with incredible city views that added to a truly special evening. It was the perfect size for our party (16 adults and 3 kids), the food was sumptuous, the drinks endless, and the walk back to our room at the end of the night was all of twenty feet. Anyone considering a stay should check out the Author Suite before choosing their room. And I would highly recommend the Four Seasons Hotel Chicago for small, private events. The entire planning process and execution were seamless, thanks to exception staff including: Bryna Halligan (Food & Beverage Events Manager): Guided us through the initial event planning, venue selection, and layout logistics with great care. Victoria Hutchinson (Restaurant General Manager, Food & Beverage): Oversaw and finalized all event details, from the carving station menu to our non-alcoholic drink pairings and spirit selections. Jeremy (Bartender): Provided top-notch, attentive drink service throughout our evening at the Mile High Cocktail Club. Absolutely banging French 75s just kept showing up in guests hands. Laura (Server): Delivered warm, seamless service that kept the event running effortlessly. Navigated the children wonderfully.

While the decor has changed, the culture, customer service and attention to detail has not. The same high standards of 20 years ago thankfully remain in tact. The location is ideal for shopping and fine fining and the rooms are impeccable. Thank you for making us feel so special!
