Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

The Four Seasons Chicago was a wonderful experience summarized by world class service at every turn! From check in and a friendly front desk to beautiful accommodations in the room, to such a stellar housekeeping experience, this hotel is in a class of its own! The bedding was incredible, the amenities (Le Labo products in the bathroom) and finer touches - as just one small example I left my sunglasses on the counter and housekeeping tucked a microfiber cleaning cloth beneath it. Just can't say enough great things!

Above and beyond service! Staff and Concierge was amazing! Helped us navigate how to get to and from Wrigley Field! Love the pineapple water in the lobby! Great food!

THE FOUR SEASONS IN CHICAGO HAS COMPLETELY LOST ITS WAY. Trying to spend a nice weekend with your spouse or significant other is literally impossible there now, because the Management is so weak and there is NO SECURITY WHATSOEVER. So, kids were running around the hotel screaming and yelling and not one employee of the hotel said either anything to the kids, who were unsupervised, or to the parents, who were all drunk at the bar. Speaking of the bar, it now is largely made up of young drunk kids with backwards baseball hats on, ,who swear loudly, speak pornographically about women, and just keep ordering (and getting poured) more and more drinks. This hotel used to be a crown jewel in Chicago. Now, business travelers or especially couples or families would be CRAZY to stay here!!! Much better off staying at the Peninsula or the Waldorf. The Four Seasons in Chicago is now maybe a start hotel.

Very much enjoyed our staycation. The hotel is in a great location , few feet away from Michigan Avenue, with access to the adjacent shopping mall . Reception desk staff was very efficient , friendly and professional , surprised us with an upgrade! Loved the suite , clean, spacious with a gorgeous view. the bathroom was large and beautifully designed. The restaurant was very nice too , enjoyed a delicious breakfast and a delightful diner . We were very impressed with the friendly service. The ambiance and the decor were outstanding. The hotel main lounge is gorgeous too. Nice comfortable furniture, plenty of room and a great bar . Fitness room is well equipped and the pool is large enough to do laps. Overall a great stay , we enjoyed everything about it but mostly the staff and the exceptional service made our stay a wonderful and memorable experience!

Very upscale hotel with a very friendly and attentive staff. Room had an awesome view. Will stay here if we return to Chicago.
