Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

Always love the Four Seasons and this location in downtown Chicago was great. We had a 1 bedroom king suite facing city skylines. Staff refers to you by name. Had cocktails in the bar onsite. Bedding was great. Mini bar inside the room. Two large flat screen tvs. The only minor complaint was the toilet was extremely low and I’m 5’7 and my husband is 6 feet so it was way too low and small.

My family have stayed at a number of Four Seasons hotels (George V, Maui, Costa Rico, etc) so we have high expectations whenever we stay at one their hotels. Recently we visited the Chicago property. I found it to be one of the better experiences that we have had. The level of service and the physical hotel are outstanding ... it's a well managed hotel. We stayed in the Lakeshore terrace suite which was ideal for our family of four. When planning the trip, I considered other high-end hotels, I'm sure that I made the right decision in booking the Four Seasons

We visited the property for our anniversary, and the hotel treated us so amazingly well. We were given a beautiful upgrade to an amazing suite with lake and city views, and the staff was off the charts. Karen, the concierge, helped us in many ways and measurably with many reservations and hard-to-get places, and she was able to do that for us seamlessly. The room, the quality, and the service were off the charts, something that we're very grateful for, by having the privilege of staying at The Four Seasons properties.

The entire staff at The Four Seasons Chicago was incredibly accommodating and helpful with hosting my family while we were in town for my birthday. We absolutely love the Four Seasons Chicago. From check-in to check out. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are so comfortable. We especially appreciated the attention to detail in fulfilling our specific requests for our room prior to arrival, they were spot on. For the kids (8yr old), there's a cabinet with fun little toys that they can search through upon arrival and my son thoroughly enjoyed his stay as well. (thank you for the teddy bear). The spa/pool is beautiful with every amenity you could ask for. I can’t say enough about the love of the Four Seasons Chicago. It’s just perfect when in Chicago. Great location and amazing staff. Also, a special thank you Vincente for your assistance and generous service in making our stay memorable one.

My wife and I have been staying at the Four Seasons since they opened, and continue to call it our home away from home. The quiet sense of understated excellence is present in all of their actions and environment, and the quality of the staff in all areas is unmatched by their peers. Always a great experience.
