Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

The staff and care they gave my family was second to none! Truly a model for any hotel. Every single employee from the bell and reception staff to room service and especially the concierge staff went above and beyond our entire stay

Highly recommended!" our room was beyond our expectations this hotel maintains every bit of quality and professionalism that comes with the four seasons brand. The bedding is like sleeping on a cloud. There a is no surprise why this is a repeat hotel for me and my family. my son loves all the treats and the scavenger hunt. Simply the best is an understatement. if you have not stayed before you would not be disappointed.

Honestly, from start to finish, this stay was amazing. Everyone I came across made me feel completely at home, which is rare and says a lot about the culture they’ve built here. I got to celebrate my birthday with the most incredible view and couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop. The whole team was attentive and kind. Shoutout to a few people who really stood out. Manager Mason was wonderful from start to finish. Laura at Adorn was an absolute gem, so personable, patient, and genuinely great at what she does. She made dinner feel special. And the concierge team came through big booking tickets to the Magic Parlour, such an incredible experience and wouldn’t have happened without them. If you’re debating whether to stay here, don’t. Just book it. I’ll be back.

It's not a given that luxury hotel brands deliver across all key aspects of a stay but that's what the Four Seasons Chicago did. From an early check-in to literally perfect service from a superb staff along with a great room and FH&R benefits, this stay reaffirmed my loyalty to FS and to Amex. It's also telling how good a hotel experience can be with the right brand, in spite of not offering a loyalty program like so many other brands. Or maybe it's because of that. The product, people and resulting experience are what really matter.
