Mason along with just a small sample of his team in Melissa, Laith, as well as Carol in Concierge consistently go above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the stay is perfect. Carol's professionalism, and genuine care for guests are simply unmatched. The entire staff operates at an extraordinary level. The housekeeping team does incredible work, maintaining the rooms with impeccable attention to detail. The accommodations themselves are majestic—beautifully appointed, exceptionally comfortable, and truly representative of the luxury one expects from a world-class property. Every stay delivers a five-star level of comfort, warmth, and hospitality. The Four Seasons Chicago has become my home away from home while in my favorite city. Fantastic. The location could not be better for an "in the Loop" visit to Chicago. The staff here was excellent. Housekeeping was AMAZING! They even wrapped up my charging cords and put a little keeper on them (that I kept). Leave your glasses/sunglasses out of the case and you'll get another nice surprise. The pool and spa area is free to use for all guests. (steam and sauna-(not co-ed.)). Pool and hot tub was super relaxing after a day of wandering the city. Wish we would have hung out at the pool the first night too. We will be staying here again.

Absolutely love the Four Seasons. From check-in to check out. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are so comfortable almost to comfortable you don’t want to ever get up. The hotel bar and restaurant is beautiful with outstanding service from Jeremy the lead mixologist to Irene, Steven, and Abby who are attentive to your every need. The spa is beautiful with every amenity you could ask for. I can’t say enough about the love of the Four Seasons Chicago. It’s just perfect when in Chicago. Great location and amazing staff.
