Four Seasons Hotel Chicago

Fantastic. The location could not be better for an "in the Loop" visit to Chicago. The staff here was excellent. Housekeeping was AMAZING! They even wrapped up my charging cords and put a little keeper on them (that I kept). Leave your glasses/sunglasses out of the case and you'll get another nice surprise. The pool and spa area is free to use for all guests. (steam and sauna-(not co-ed.)). Pool and hot tub was super relaxing after a day of wandering the city. Wish we would have hung out at the pool the first night too. We will be staying here again.

Absolutely love the Four Seasons. From check-in to check out. The rooms are spacious, the beds and pillows are so comfortable almost to comfortable you don’t want to ever get up. The hotel bar and restaurant is beautiful with outstanding service from Jeremy the lead mixologist to Irene, Steven, and Abby who are attentive to your every need. The spa is beautiful with every amenity you could ask for. I can’t say enough about the love of the Four Seasons Chicago. It’s just perfect when in Chicago. Great location and amazing staff.

Where did I want to go to celebrate my 60th birthday with my husband? Four Seasons in Chicago which is my all time favorite hotel in my all time favorite city. Spectacularly beautiful hotel, impeccable and warm service in the absolute best part of the city. In the middle of shopping, restaurants and a moments from the Lakefront walk and River Walk. I always feel remembered and welcomed. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough.

We love everything about the Four Seasons Chicago! For the kids (now ages 7 &9), there's a cabinet with fun little toys that they can rummage through upon arrival. For adults - champagne, of course! There are always really cool offerings for the kids too - like a snow fort in the room around Thanksgiving, and a red carpet movie event for Mother's Day! We drive up from Indy several times a year, and it's never a question where we'll stay - Four Seasons all the way!

everyone that works there was very very kind, and only 2 mistakes happened (accidentally overcooked my grilled cheese sandwich, and took to long for towels because they were busy) but otherwise the food, the service, the cleanliness was absolutely perfect and the atmosphere was very calm, fun. And anytime our family made a mistake (not knowing the towels were in the closet and calling in for my towels, accidentally walked into the wrong door) they would never get mad. And I love that they open your door when you arrive. So 10/10
