Amazing hotel gotta love Chicago’s four season! The hospitality is second to none ! Thank you for making me feel like I am at home. they remembered my name and made me feel like I was home and felt like a human being. Some hotels make me feel like I don’t belong but I felt so great here. The hospitality is second to none. Thank you all !

The Four Seasons Chicago is a phenomenal property. From the time you step in the door, they take care of every detail. The staff is so attentive, they make you feel like you’re at home. I highly recommend this property if you’re either traveling to this great city or just want a luxurious staycation.

What a beautiful hotel with impeccable service! My daughter decided to do a sleepover birthday party with her girlfriends, and we were not disappointed to choose Four Seasons. We enjoyed beautiful indoor pool/jacuzzi and spacious rooms. We were given connecting rooms which was perfect for our little pre-teens. The room service and overall concierge service was also super quick and accommodating. Berk was super nice and tried to do everything to make b-day girl's day extra special, and he certainly succeeded. Thank you very much for the whole team. Truly 5 star service. We will definitely be back!

This is my 8th stay at the Four Seasons Chicago. It is superbly located, and very user friendly. The staff is extremely courteous and attentive. Room service is prompt and they know how to deliver a hot meal. The room is always impeccably maintained and cleaned. My wife and I look forward to our next visit and will bring the grandchildren along since so many families were having a great time.
