Beautiful hotel
Beautiful hotel. The renovation is amazing. They thought of everything down to being able to print boarding passes in the hotel. There is a Starbucks as well as a market, restaurants, massive beautiful conference rooms, and a CVS. The rooms were clean and refreshing with gorgeous views. Definitely would stay again!

Fine Hotel
I found that the Hotelwas appointed well, the level of service was 10 out of 10. I will go out of my way to stay there again, Im good for chicago trips 3x per year If you are willing to pay for a solid value, clean hotel with great service this is the ticket, bar none

Excellent quality room, would definitely stay there again. Room finishings nicer than most. Comfortable bed.

Very well located, excellent amenities, feather-free floors, good food, modern. Business center gave us problems. Clean! No room service or microwave in room.
