A Birthday Stay I’ll Never Forget
I stayed at The Langham Chicago for my birthday, and the experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional professional, welcoming, and attentive. The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The spa was a 10/10 experience and exactly what I needed to relax and recharge. The food was also outstanding,everything was perfectly prepared and delicious. This stay gave me the peace, luxury, and positive energy I was looking for. I truly felt taken care of the entire time. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this hotel.

Great Place to stay in Chicago
The location, the facilities, etc are great! the only drawback is that there are mainly double beds (unless you stay in a King Bedroom) and those can be quite small when travelling as a family. Outside of that 100% recommended.

Pure Luxury!
Our time at the Langham was a 10 out of 10! Exceptional property. Luxurious spa. Impressive service. My wife and I stayed at the Langham for a birthday staycation weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our visit from the moment we entered the front door until the moment we checked out. The staff was incredibly friendly, very attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed. When we checked in they delivered champagne, a balloon, and a cute buttercream cake to the room, starting the weekend off perfectly. The accommodations were well appointed and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the 12th floor suite provided a great view of the city. The hallways and room were quiet and uncluttered and every space was immaculate. We were able to easily walk to shopping, fine dining, and city sights. We spent all of Saturday in the Chuan Spa and I can definitively say this is the best luxury spa in the city. The treatments (facial, hot stone massage, foot mask) were all amazing. The service providers were knowledgeable and attentive. We had lunch poolside and then took time to enjoy the various steam rooms, saunas and lounge amenities. It was the perfect way to stay warm and relaxed on a cold wintery Chicago day. I highly recommend and we will definitely return. The Langham is our new favorite hotel in Chicago! Highly recommend!
