Gem of downtown
A beautiful place to stay in Chicago and I recommend to anyone who wants to have a peace of mind. I will definitely stay there whenever I am in Chicago.

Very underwhelming
Incredibly poor service for a 5 star. No help with luggage on arrival or help opening the car or hotel doors. Doorman more interested in talking to his friends outside. Minimal greeting and no direction to check in desk. Waited 15 mins in line to check in, no apology or offer of water or to be seated while waiting and carrying all luggage. Stayed 5 nights in a suite, room worn down, furniture scuffed and tired, couch saggy, carpet needing replacement. During this time, only once was the car door opening for us, the service is not acceptable for a 5 star hotel. Have had much better service at Park Hyatt which is a 4. Location is excellent, bar was very good but overall will not return

Chicago Langham
Excellent property, accommodations, dining, staff and stay! The location on the river is hard to beat. The Club Lounge is quite nice!

River north trip
I was in Chicago with my husband to visit my daughter who lives in River North. I absolutely would stay here again. My only issue was a little construction on the building in the mornings below our room, but because everything else was perfect I didn’t mind. The rooms are so comfortable and clean and the location was perfect for avoiding the dirtiest parts of River north on our way to our daughter’s apartment as well as ease of getting elsewhere within the city via uber or train. I will be back.

Wonderful, wonderful
The Langham Club in Chicago is wonderful...great rooms on 12th floor, excellent food and service in the club room with gorgeous view.
