Chicago Getaway
Exceptional service from moment we checked in. Upgraded our room at a fair price. Greeted daily by name, had a birthday surprise in our room. Had turn down service each night which was lovely. On Wednesday nights there are fireworks. Could see them perfectly from my room which was Room 603.

Beyond expectations!
Wonderful stay! Staff was amazing from front desk to club lounge. Had an issue and Alex handled it way above my expectations! Was greeted by my name and they couldn’t be more wonderful. If you can definitely go to the spa. Had great facial and enjoyed the pool and the lounge area. Club lounge food and drink there was a wide variety very tasty and loved many items paid homage to the foods Chicago history. From the deep dish pizza and pasta at evening service to garrets popcorn, Mars full size candy bars to Do rite donuts! Nice touch for tourists and staycationers ! The views were amazing the room we had was comfortable and clean. Can’t wait to return!

Fabulous stay
We ended up coming to the hotel on a last-minute trip when our home lost power during the storms in Indiana. We booked our room on the way to the hotel. We had our son with us, and he LOVED the kids' suite. At check-in, he was handed a stuffed bear that he has carried around for days since. The staff were so kind and attentive during our stay; they really helped us make the best of a tough situation. Alex L was so helpful at check-in, escorted us to our room, and continued to check on us throughout our stay.

Needs a little help and updating.
We stayed here two years ago and returned for a disappointing visit. Carpet looks old and dirty, and the mattresses are beyond old and uncomfortable (and I was in the club level). Food offerings in the lounge were lackluster and not kept warm or hot as needed. Overall, we will not return.

Memorable Trip to Chicago
This was one of the most luxurious and memorable stays for our family. The amenities were top notch, staff was friendly and helpful, the location was perfect, and all our needs were met.
