More like a polished 4 star than 5 star
More like a polished 4 star hotel Customer service is severely lacking We were not greeted at the hotel upon arrival , nor helped with our luggage. Valet service is nearly 90 per night and takes almost 10-15 minutes to get the vehicle each time(we were there for 3 days) Rooms and amenities are nice however feel outdated for 2026 Food is decent Location is pretty much the only great thing about the place Much better off staying at London house or royal somesta for your money

We had a truly wonderful stay at the Langham Hotel in Chicago. From the moment we stepped in, the luxurious service from every staff member made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Excellent stay
Awadi and the entire reception staff made us feel welcome and at home. The room was perfect, the amenities and furnishings in the room were very nice. Definitely looking forward to staying here again! Missed out on the club room unfortunately, maybe next time.

I'll stay here every time
The property, location, and service are always perfect. This was my second time staying at The Langham Chicago (third time at a Langham property), and I will always always stay here when I come to Chicago. Got the best recommendations from Philippe and Marcus, service was amazing, and the room was always flawless.

Chicago in the smoke and heat!
Wow what an amazing hotel. It was cool calm and relaxing with every little detail thought of. We ended up spending a whole day using the wonderful facilities because of the smoke outside. Everybody was so helpful and paid attention to all details.
