An excellent hotel for a luxury weekend
My wife and I stayed two nights with our nearly 2-year old and it was very nice. The staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially with our child. They sent up extra trash bags for diapers, a crib, and a sound machine to help with getting good sleep on our stay. In-room dining was easy to set up and eating breakfast in the restaurant were all very nice and tasty. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

The best of Chicago!
This is a wonderful hotel! Luxurious rooms and a great club lounge. Concierge is excellent. It’s a little noisy as it is near a fire department. Club lounge had a lot of unruly children running around.

Everything is perfect at The Langham, Chicago!
From the moment we arrived, our first impression was outstanding. The doorman gave us such a warm, welcoming greeting, and the Front Desk Manager was incredibly professional, kind, and efficient—making check-in seamless. It set the tone right away and truly started our trip on the best possible note.
