We have stayed at the Langham Chicago multiple times and we are always pleased with our stay. The location is so convenient and the service, fitness center, spa, bar/dining are all top notch. Will definitely come back.

Great hotel, great staff, great food, great location. That’s says it all. If I were ever to be visiting Chicago again this is the place at which I would want to stay.

My first visit to Chicago was wonderful. Our stay at this hotel was a fantastic experience for my family. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and we truly enjoyed our time here. When we visit Chicago again, we would definitely like to stay at this hotel.

Hyatt loyalist but chose the Langham to mix it up. Read a handful of reviews here and started to wonder if I made the right call. First off, phenomenal location, peaceful, near fantastic restaurants, the Riverwalk, and close enough to walk to the museum or park if that’s your thing. Stayed in a standard Premier room that had a nice view of the river on the Marina City side. Very warm and welcoming staff from pre arrival, to the doormen, to the front desk. Made a request for specific pillows for the room which were there upon arrival. Had mentioned we were celebrating a birthday and they had a nice dessert in the room for us as well. The room itself, perfect, what you’d expect for 5 star city accommodations so I won’t go into it. I will call out a few small details though. It’s quiet, and smells refreshing I can’t describe it but I noticed it instantly. Next, the hotel is situated in a well known building that used to house IBM so the many elevators are near instantaneous and you can bypass the lobby if you love to come and go. Lastly the housekeeping, top notch, best I’ve experienced. Never saw anyone over the course of 4 days but our room was serviced at least twice a day. And I loved coming back from dinner with a bucket of ice waiting there, especially as the weather was unusually hot. Just a great feeling returning after exploring the city. Will return next time I’m in Chicago and will certainly be on the lookout for other Langham destinations.

We stayed at this property for my wife's 50th birthday. We stayed in a river view room...what an amazing splurge. The daytime view was almost as good as the night time view...I have now wrecked any possibility of staying anywhere else when we visit Chicago. Highly recommend.
