Reviews for The Langham, Chicago
Needs a little help and updating.
We stayed here two years ago and returned for a disappointing visit. Carpet looks old and dirty, and the mattresses are beyond old and uncomfortable (and I was in the club level). Food offerings in the lounge were lackluster and not kept warm or hot as needed. Overall, we will not return.

Best in Chicago
The Langham is your choice for quiet luxury. Beautiful rooms, elegant service, a wonderful spa - "happening" bar and a nice restaurant for breakfast. Perfect Chicago location along the river is centrally located for business, shopping and pleasure.

The Langham has spoiled me
This is the only place I stay when I am on business in Chicago. The rooms are perfect, the staff helpful, and the Doorman Borko is incredible, ensuring the coming and going from the hotel feels individually tailored. I love this hotel, I've stayed 3 times, and plan on staying many more in the future!
