First stay at The Langham
5 star hotel that met our expectations. So, no need for too many details. Lovely property, in an excellent location. Professional, friendly staff. Impeccable housekeeping. We enjoyed the welcome snacks, the nightly service with full ice bucket, the in room clothes steamer. I'd love a kettle, but picky picky.

Reunion at The Langham
We were fortunate enough to stay at The Langham for a reunion trip for a few close friends. The entire experience was perfect from the check in process to dining to high tea to a nightcap at the bar. Every employee was professional and friendly, we will be staying here again for our next Chicago reunion!

We brought family and friends this time and they absolutely love the facility. The rooms are super clean. The food is outstanding and you cannot beat the customer service.

Wish I could live here.
There is a reason this hotel is a five star hotel. Service is outstanding from the front desk, to room service, to the concierge, to the bellman. Spacious rooms!!

Couples Getaway Staycation
We won a comp stay from an auction and added a 2nd night. Highly recommend getting the club lounge access. David and Jason were exceptional.
