Exceptional service in a beautiful hotel.
We have stayed at the Langham twice, and both times have had a stellar experience. From the moment we entered the doors, staff is kind, courteous, plentiful, and really makes the hustle and bustle of Chicago fade into the background. We really value the cleanliness and the overall beauty of the rooms - there are wireless chargers and plugs galore for family and work needs, and the bathrooms are impeccably clean and very pretty. Each room feels designed to work for a family or couple. The room itself is stocked with so many small niceties for forgetful travelers like myself, like a steamer, a dental kit, lotions, combs, etc. What stands out the most for us - as it has honestly for the Langham above virtually every other hotel with technically more "features" - is the exceptional service. Everyone is so incredibly nice. This most recent stay, we had a concierge who got to know our five-year-old daughter by name and on a personal basis, though we had not signed up for any kids-specific packages. She was so kind and really made returning to the hotel a joy. She is one of many examples of the wonderful care we've received here, and why we will definitely be coming back.

Incredible luxury stay for Lollapalooza
Me and three friends stayed at The Langham while visiting Chicago for Lollapalooza, and we decided to splash out on a bit of luxury for a few days during our road trip. All I can say is wow. The rooms, staff and facilities were all amazing, and it was exactly what we needed after a few days on the road. The hotel felt properly luxurious, and the beds were some of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We also made use of the pool area, which was fantastic and made the stay feel even more relaxing. Overall, it was a brilliant experience from start to finish. 10/10 — would definitely recommend.

Amazing Hotel
The Langham is an amazing hotel. Staff so attentive and go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Club Lounge is well worth the extra cost.

Exceptional place for couples and families alike
I highly recommend a stay at the Langham Chicago. The attention to detail is unmatched by other area hotels. If you are traveling with little ones it is extremely family friendly and is well appointed to keep your kids entertained during your stay. 10/10
