The Langham is always such a pleasure for us to host our business meetings. Sonam was fabulous and attentive to all our needs. This was our third business event hosted at the Langham and we always have a great experience no matter the size of our event. Cannot wait to go back!

From beginning to end our stay was exceptional-- the service is truly top notch. More importantly the people that work there seem HAPPY and human -- as opposed to robotic employees. They're engaging and so helpful -- thinking of Julian and Laura in the Club Lounge and Anne Marie in the Bar. The hotel has so much going for it-- the architecture (you're in a Mies building!), the VIEWS -- especially from the bar and club lounge. The quiet, elegant hallways and beautiful rooms. The soaking tubs... all of it is just wonderful. I left my laptop in the room when we checked out and didn't realize it until we were at the airport -- a total nightmare. I called the hotel and Brandon in Security took care of everything immediately -- reassuring me he would overnight the computer via FedEx. Sure enough my laptop arrived the next morning before 8am. I am so grateful! We were considering the Peninsula for this trip (we've stayed at both the Langham and Peninsula before) and decided on the Langham. I can safely say that we are now total devotees. Looking forward to the next time!

The hospitality was top notch! The bellman Patrick Taylor, was remarkable! He took our bags and despite a miscommunication at the front desk, he made sure our belongings were delivered to our room without delay. Patrick greeted us the next day and gave top-tier customer service during our departure. In addition to Patrick, a waiter paid for our food when a rude guest caused a disturbance at the bar. We voiced our discontent for the guest’s actions, which caused us to leave and the waiter was deeply apologetic. This waiter was very sincere and made us feel special despite the negative actions of another. I can’t say enough about how pleased I am with this hotel and look forward to my next visit.

8 nights spent at Langham Chicago. It was fantastic. The hotel is right in the middle of the cultural centre, the skyscraper that houses it has an important architectural interest because it is part of the historical structures of the city, the staff is fantastic, the breaks and breakfast at the Lounge Club are a gift, the people have class, the food is good, and the room had a phenomenal view! Always very clean and tidy. On my birthday I also found many wonderful surprises in the Suite! Can't wait to go back! The Langham in Chicago is a true Five Star Hotel. I thought I had stayed at a five star hotel before, but The Langham has reset my expectations for a Five Start experience. Or maybe it should have its own 6 Star category? Fantastic service from all staff. Perfect location to experience all downtown Chicago has to offer. Will definitely return to the Langham next time I am in Chicago!
