Park Hyatt Chicago

Park Hyatt Chicago has been my favorite hotel since my first stay in October 2025. None of other hotel feels like this. What makes it special is the people. Maya welcomed me on my very first visit; Amiee, and Nikki make every arrival feel like coming home. During this stay, I was having one of the hardest days I'd had in a long time, and Nikki's genuine kindness went far beyond anything you could call "service." Casey even surprised me for my birthday. This is a team that truly cares about its guests as people. As the first Park Hyatt in the world and the brand's flagship, this intimate ~180-room hotel carries big expectations. Is every moment flawless? No, it's a small, wildly popular hotel and things occasionally go sideways. But what sets this team apart is how they own it: leadership listens, follows up personally, and makes things right. That's rarer than perfection. The Gold Coast suite are stunning, NoMI is excellent, and the location can't be beat, but honestly, I come back for the people. I haven't even checked out of this stay and I already can't wait for the next one.

Location was great, staff & food where amazing. the hotel was clean, the roof top bar was a great place to just relax, catch some sun, have food and drinks.

Front desk staff was very helpful and willing to put in extra effort to accomodate us staying another night with a nearly full hotel. The location is really good and facilities top notch. We like this place better than the Four Seasons.

This is my favorite hotel in Chicago. The location is great, close to the Magnificent Mile. The public spaces are modern and beautiful. My room was large, very well appointed, and had many outlets and a strong wifi signal. The bathroom was very large. Service is absolutely first rate too. I will very happily return in the near future.

Wonderful five star hotel. Modern room, great workout facility, and brilliant staff. Our five night stay was flawless.
