Park Hyatt Chicago

My recent stay at the Park Hyatt Chicago was wonderful from start to finish. The room condition was excellent — spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, and designed with understated elegance. While the city view wasn’t the most dramatic in Chicago, the floor-to-ceiling windows filled the room with natural light, creating a bright, open, and relaxing atmosphere that felt truly peaceful after a long day. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and every detail — from the lighting controls to the bathroom amenities — reflected thoughtful attention to comfort and quality. The service stood out just as much. Every staff member I encountered was warm, genuine, and professional. From check-in to housekeeping, everything ran seamlessly, and requests were handled quickly and gracefully. It really felt like the kind of discreet, intuitive hospitality that makes Park Hyatt special. The bar downstairs was another highlight — stylish yet cozy, with attentive bartenders who make excellent cocktails and are happy to recommend local favorites. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and people-watch after exploring the city. Overall, Park Hyatt Chicago balances modern luxury with quiet comfort. Even without a sweeping lake view, the brightness, service, and sense of calm made my stay exceptional. I’ll absolutely return.

We recently had an awesome stay at the Park Hyatt Chicago. It’s a beautiful property located right off Michigan Avenue close to everything. We were able to walk everywhere from the hotel location. We stayed in the Wellbeing suite, it was large over 800 ft.² with views of Lake Michigan and Chicago Water Tower. The suite is equipped with Tonal Smart Gym system. The Globalist breakfast included was delicious, my husband had the lobster roll every morning. The best part of our stay was the staff, they were friendly and meticulous with every detail. Fay made our stay extra special. This was my birthday trip, Fay was so thoughtful and had flower and macarons sent to our suite. Fay you are totally awesome!! We couldn’t ask for a better stay

By far one of the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was above and beyond. The hotel location is great with everything within walking distance. Room was very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Recommended for Loyal Hyatt member, though suite upgrade might be limit during chicago high seasons. Good breakfast and overall staff.

For a Level 6 Hyatt this is worth staying! The renovations were done recently and everything is top notch. Even a button to start the showers and a tablet in the room. Incredible customer service, cleanliness, elegant...and Nomi has great food and service. Gabriel is an excellent waiter! Front door and valets are friendly and helpful. I look forward to my next stay!
