Beautiful rooms; excellent location; fabulous staff. We were warmly greeted at the front desk. Check-in was efficient and seamless. The hotel gym though small houses excellent equipment. Superb views of the city and lake.

This was our third stay at the Park Hyatt Chicago within the past three years, and once again it did not disappoint. The location is unbeatable, the service remains consistently 10/10, and the facilities are maintained with a high level of cleanliness and thoughtful design. On this visit, we finally tried room service, and it was excellent. The food was delivered promptly and every dish was delicious—from a Sunday brunch menu that felt indulgent to a weekday lunch that was fresh and satisfying. The bell staff deserves special recognition. They were courteous and proactive, always quick to spot our Ubers and assist with luggage during both check-in and check-out. Their attentiveness made transitions in and out of the hotel effortless. I also booked two massages at Nomi Spa, having thoroughly enjoyed one during my March 2025 stay. The spa itself is calm, clean, and thoughtfully designed, creating a relaxing environment. The only hiccup we encountered was a discrepancy in pricing for the couples massage—depending on which menu or online path you followed, there were three different prices listed. While the experience itself was wonderful, I would recommend the hotel do some UI/UX housekeeping to ensure the spa menus clearly state the correct pricing and number of guests included. This would prevent any awkward confusion at checkout. Overall, our stay was everything we’ve come to expect from Park Hyatt Chicago: refined, comfortable, and consistently welcoming. It remains one of our favorite places to stay in the city, and we look forward to returning.

We were in town to celebrate our Anniversary and couldn’t have picked a better hotel to mark the occasion! The service was impeccable and the staff was always friendly and welcoming. The concierge Mr. Frankel had contacted me a month in advance to ask about our needs for restaurant reservations. And he was always prompt and friendly in response whenever I needed something done. Our Water Tower Suite was beautiful and so quiet at night. We had a delicious meal at NoMI and the breakfast was really good as well. They also sent us a complimentary bottle of bubbly and some sweets for the occasion which was a nice touch! Thank you for making our stay so memorable! We are looking forward to come back another time!

Lovely hotel, great breakfast and wonderful location. We had an amazing view our downtown and the lake from our suite. The suite was very roomy for a family of 4. Will definitely stay here again when back in Chicago.
