Huge bathroom very lovely modern decor - great smelling soaps and lotions. Tv in bathroom. Walk in shower was wonderful. Big window with sitting area and switch controlled shades (great touch). Fitness center and indoor pool very nice. Little pricey though vs similar hotel class ie, meridien, intercontinental, etc. - but otherwise if you find a deal like i did it can be a great value based on the location - shopper and sight-seer perfect. Shore and river both within walking distance. Would stay again for sure.

Nice hotel unless you are on the lower floors at which point you are right on the fire department and hospital "Go" route. After 5 times we stopped counting the number of times the emergency sirens woke us up as the trucks went by from the station a block away. So make sure you don't just book the standard $300 a night room. That gets you 4th floor directly up against the fire station.

We stayed at the Chicago Park Hyatt for our anniversary. The hotel location and wonderful views of Chicago is just the beginning. The entire staff is attentive and make every effort to make your stay memorable. We love this place and we will be back for another night in Chicago.

Stayed 4 nights, Check in was a breeze, the young man who checked me in was very pleasant explained everything and answered any questions. The room was nice .stayed on the 18th floor but the view wasn't there. Bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure was above average. The tub was large . So no issue with the room Enjoyed a drink on the 7th floor which was very enjoyable the bartender was very attentive, prices seemed a little high, but not overly. Breakfast was very good as well as was wait staff. So what was the problem?? As I was sleeping I heard some loud banging so I figured it was someone knocking on the door next to me, the knocks continued so I look out and see no one , then it dawns on me that the noise is coming from inside 1812...I'm in 1813. So I call the front desk and they proceed to tell me repairs are being 8am???? Had it been only a few minutes it would not have been that much of a issue......but they finally finished at 10am so roughly 2 hours of banging and drilling and scraping. Went to front desk to speak with manager she was out so I let the person at front listen to what I had to hear in the room and how loud it was even over the TV. The manager Aimee did reach out to me and was very pleasant when I spoke to her. I would have loved to give the Park Hyatt 5 stars, but 2 hours ruined that. I would have thought someone would make sure the rooms next door were not occupied.....especially at 8 am!!

We had a beautiful room on the top floor overlooking the Water Tower and also had a view of Lake Michigan. Lovely! The beds were comfortable with extra pillows. Great bathroom with a double sink and separate shower, bathtub and even a television in the bathroom.
