Perfect, every time!
This is our go to place downtown Chicago. Cannot beat the location, the food, the amenities and the best of all, the staff and people that make every stay special. They go out of their way to treat you like family. The hotel is beautiful, NoMi Kitchen and lounge fantastic. The gym is solid, rooms are superb. We will keep coming back

Nice location but loud
This hotel is centrally located. Clean and nice. We had a lovely view of the lake, however it is VERY NOISY. There is either a hospital, fire station, or ambulance cite near by, every 5 minutes you hear sirens all day/all night. Rooms are starkly appointed, no ambience. Service was good however, if you needed something the staff was quick to respond. Hotel room walls are VERY thin, you can hear very clearly the people speaking in the room next door. We had kids in the room next door who got up very early on a Sunday morning. I do not think we will be back.

The Park Hyatt Chicago is my favorite Chicagoland Hotel. Everything about this location is on point. Everyone from the Valets to the front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff are top notch. We always look forward to staying here. Well-appointed rooms. Fantastic views. I can't say enough.
