Park Hyatt Chicago

We had a very delightful stay at this hotel. The breakfast was outstanding, and the amenities look just great. The hotel is very well renovated and in excellent shape. We would definitely come back again to visit.

Has been my favorite hotel in the past, but concierge and front desks made me feel like an idiot when they were in the wrong

Excellent location. You have to ask for the room complimentary items including toothpaste. Though listed as complimentary they don’t place it in the room. WiFi is average . Everything else is good.

The Park Hyatt Chicago is absolutely one of the very finest hotels I have ever stayed in. My wife and I recently celebrated our anniversary there and it was spectacular. The staff went out out of their way to make sure everything was 100% perfect. Their head Concierge Casey Franco absolutely attended to everything. She was not only efficient but extremely professional, and I cannot tell you how competent this woman is. The remainder of the staff was also excellent truly excellent from the minute at the doormat open the door until they were helping you with your luggage as you were leaving. A housekeeping was exquisite and perfect and again got you anything you requested. The spa is clean wonderful to be in and the couples massage my wife and I had was 100% one of the very best we’ve ever experienced. The food at Nomi was beyond belief. Very, very good and beautiful portions. We also did the champagne and Caviar tasting and that was truly fun and something one should not miss. In conclusion, you will never go wrong with a Hyatt in our opinion and especially the Park Hyatt, Chicago

Extraordinary in every way. The people are warm, kind, engaging, welcoming and make you feel like you are royalty. The hotel is beautiful and everything you need is right there, outstanding food, beautiful spa but the best part is that you are valued and appreciated for being there.
