The Park Hyatt Chicago is my favorite!
The Park Hyatt Chicago is my favorite Chicagoland Hotel. Everything about this location is on point. Everyone from the Valets to the front desk staff, housekeeping and restaurant staff are top notch. We always look forward to staying here. Well-appointed rooms. Fantastic views. I can't say enough.

Wonderful visit!
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were immaculate and so comfortable. The food at the restaurant was amazing. It was a very easy walk to many restaurants and shopping and activities. It said a great location.

Overlooking the Magnificent Mile, a Magnificent Chicago Hotel Experience
A beautiful hotel to enjoy the Holiday lights, shopping and dining in Chicago. From the moment you enter the lobby you get first class treatment. Hospitality at its best! The family suite typically includes treats for little ones, but traveling with a teenager typically means they are forgotten -- not at the Park Hyatt! She was greeted with candy & snacks any teenager would devour! The service was amazing - they think of everything. And when I needed something, they jumped to help. We even forgot an item in the room and within minutes of reaching out, three different people responded and found the item. While NoMi restaurant is a treat - so, too is the Champagne bar in the lobby. Really wonderful way to start the holidays!

First class customer service and focus. Really took care of us and provided full globalist experience. Hotel amenities beyond expectations and attention from concierge amazing made my wife's birthday special And nomi had excellent sushi

Gorgeous, elegant hotel in a perfect location.
This hotel is fabulous and never fails to deliver. Clean, elegant, quiet, and comfortable. Staff go above and beyond for anything you need. Luxury accommodations in the heart of the city, in a spectacular location close to everything. Highly recommend.
