This hotel is fabulous and never fails to deliver. Clean, elegant, quiet, and comfortable. Staff go above and beyond for anything you need. Luxury accommodations in the heart of the city, in a spectacular location close to everything. Highly recommend.

The Park Hyatt crushed it!
We've stayed at the best hotels in Chicago, and the Park Hyatt is now our favorite. We had several rooms and suites for my daughter's wedding, and all of them were amazing! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, making everything perfect. We had brunch at Nomi the Sunday after the wedding, and it was outstanding. We'll be back!

Perfection
What a wonderful experience, rooms are beautiful, customer service is top notch, room service quality is excellent. They took the opportunity to recognize my daughter for her birthday. All in all, it was an amazing stay.

Excellent hotel and location
If you hate elegance and class, avoid this hotel. It is stunningly beautiful and the staff is exceptionally helpful. I loved that I could walk to restaurants and shopping centers easily. I also easily walked to the lake to run down the lake path. What a location! What a hotel!

Great staycation.
5-star hotel on the Magnificent Mile. On site restaurant has a great view of the lake. The rooms are a little small. Not as sound proofed as I would expect for a hotel of this caliber. But, overall, a great hotel. Would highly recommend.
