Best In Class
Out of all the Park Hyatt’s in the states, this hotel has been the best. Location aside (which is situated perfectly with a view of Lake Michigan), the service and atmosphere over deliver. From our welcome as Globalist to room service. Porter service, valet- you name it. All over the top. The hotel and its staff has single handedly increased the amount of trips we take to Chicago. I can’t wait to return.

Another great stay at the Park Hyatt
The Park Hyatt is one of my favorite hotels in Chicago. It is luxurious and has many amenities, including an excellent fitness center and restaurant/bar area. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable, and fit the modern Japanese aesthetic that Park Hyatts generally have. Most important, the rooms are cozy and inviting. The location by the Water Tower on Michigan is perfect for visiting the CBD or tourist sites. I really recommend this hotel for business or personal stays.

Bodacious bidet
Ultra high class experience. The bidets were the best part. I plan to come back again. I need to add more characters to this review, oh that's enough.

Best hotel experience in awhile
Best hotel experience we have had in awhile. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. The doorman were welcoming and helpful with luggage, the front desk people were also helpful and friendly, everyone who worked there was attentive and made the stay enjoyable. The room was large and bathroom was amazing. Great location and proximity to shopping and restaurants.
