The service and attention to details is just spectacular; without any arrogance. Just classy elegance. Starting at the motor lobby, Bell and Front Desk, it’s a great experience. Equally impressive the service and quality at the Z Bar and Shanghai Terrace restaurant. We will go back many times.

Exceptional experience. The concierge assistance in advance of our arrival was incredible, no detail was overlooked. I told them that I wanted to create an amazing experience for my nephew’s birthday, and that is what they did with class.

This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are so cozy it was a struggle to leave. To say this hotel is gorgeous is an understatement. The service is also superb. During our visit the hot tub, Asian restaurant, and fitness room were closed due to renovations. This was disappointing, but we still had a wonderful time. The only somewhat bad service we had was in the bar on the top floor. I ordered another drink and never got it. I would stay here again and it is worth every penny of money. I got the grilled cheese in the main lobby, it was so delicious! I did visit the spa and had a wonderful manicure and pedicure. The hotel is in the perfect location to walk to whatever you want. We walked to the Water Tower and to dinner. It was also lovely watching the kids ice skating outside on the private rink. I can't wait to stay here again and worry no other hotel will ever compare to pure luxury and detail.
