Friendly staff, beautiful lobby dirty room.
They need to upgrade the rooms and hire a new and more detailed cleaning staff immediately. I would not recommend to a friend.

Top notch staff
The staff at this hotel are amazing. Every single worker is more than competent and super friendly. They promptly met every one of our needs. It seems unusual these days to get this kind of service. It just brought a smile to my face how engaged and happy the workers seemed to be.

The best old fashion in town Armani
Armani is the most welcoming, friendly bartender. I’m so happy to be at this hotel! Hotel it’s beautiful my first time in this hotel, so many restaurants nearby and the Gold Coast is a fantastic neighborhood. The beds are comfy and the bathrooms have been renovated.

Great location near Lincoln Park
Very cool hotel with charm. Great location and near public transportation as well as very walkable. Staff was very friendly and even allowed us to check in early.

Love this hotel!
I try to stay at The Ambassador every time I go to Chicago. Love the area and hotel. I find it is an easy walk to both north and south Chicago’s main attractions.The rooms are quiet and comfortable and the hotel ambiance is elegant without being pretentious.
