Great location. Nice enough amenities in the room. Weird double bathroom doors. Fast elevators. Bar opens at four and fills fast. Dining area is good for breakfast. One of us didn't get a room till nearly midnight, and he was a Sofitel member.

Hotel was clean, well located, good room sizes and friendly staff . No hesistation recommending sofitel for a stay. Gym was well kitted out. Bar was busy. We did not eat in the hotel as plenty of choices nearby. Beds are super comfortable which helps after a long flight

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel and I must say it exceed all my expectations! From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted with warmth hospitality that set a tone for an unforgettable stay. The front desk to housekeeping team, everyone was attentive, friendly and eager to assist with any requests. The genuine kindness service makes my stay even more enjoyable. My stay was nothing short of perfection. I cant wait to return!

Sofitel is always a nice stay, clean large rooms, comfortable beds, lots of hot water, great front desk and all hotel staff. My one complaint would be at the bar. We had a credit and decided to use it for dinner at the bar. The food was good, the staff was horrible. If you go there be prepared to be ignored, even if your the only customers.

Everyone from the door person, to front desk staff and to Morgan Cohen the concierge, are focused on customer service and made us feel very welcomed. Kudos to housekeeping for a beautiful clean room. We also enjoyed drinks and a meal in the bar. Again the service was excellent. The hotel is in a quiet location but close enough to museums and shopping. We will definitely return to the Sofitel in Chicago.
