Trump Chicago in Chicago, Illinois

Rising high over Michigan Avenue, Trump Hotel Chicago has few competitors. The building, which also houses condominiums, is the 16th tallest in the world and the fourth tallest in the United States. That equates to unbeatable views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline from hotel rooms with floor-to-ceiling windows, glossy dark woods and cool Italian Bellino linens. Its location in the River North Gallery District puts guests within walking distance of dozens of art galleries, but the best dinner option is on the hotel’s 16th floor: Chef Thomas Lents’s two Michelin-starred restaurant Sixteen serves innovative seasonal fare in the shadow of the Wrigley Clock Tower.

Brew a shot of Nespresso to prep for a day on the town. Arrive on the Magnificent Mile via complimentary chauffeured Escalade and indulge in something sparkly at Cartier. Take an afternoon swim in the hotel’s indoor pool. Sample eclectic items from the evening’s tasting menu: langoustine with lemon verbena, chowder of turbot, and black walnut cake with mascarpone.

My third stay at this property with hopefully many more to come. From the Valet, to the Bellman, to the Front Desk...greeted with a warm welcome and an upgrade to a river/lake view spa about a strong first impression upon arrival. First of all, the location of this property cannot be beat..close to the Loop, on the river, steps away from Rush or Michigan...literally great options in each direction. Floor to ceiling windows, and beautifully appointed rooms that all have fantastic views. No looking into the side of another building or into an alley here. Great lighting and electronic controls for the blinds put everything at your fingertips. The fitness center and Terrace Bar looking right down the river at the lake are fantastic. I can't wait to return.

Great location, from the minute you walk in till you leave the service is impeccable, the room design has though of everything. Make sure depending on the weather that you check out the Terrace Outdoor Bar for some great views and cocktails. I'm sure I'll be back again and again.

I wanted to experience the Trump touch for the first time in one of the named hotels. From the moment I arrived, every person I had contact with was extremely helpful, professional and kind. Our concierge Gwendolyn, could have not been more helpful or nice. I thought it must be cause she was new to the company...but no! She is an original Trump Hotel hire from nine years ago. The location is perfect for walking to the countless great restaurants close by. As a matter of fact, I counted over 37 Starbucks located within four to five blocks of the hotel. I cant remember w1hen I slept as well as I did on my stay. I cant wait to return the next time for a long weekend of good food and fun with my wife.

From the moment i arrived, the staff at the Trump exceeded my expectations. The front desk is so personable. The bell staff on their game. The Spa is beautiful with wonderful amenities. Rebar was a great place to host guests from the trade show I attended while in town. And the room! Having essentially a full kitchen made breakfast easy and gave me a place to chill my beverages. The bed has to be one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. If you ever have stayed at a Trump property you will all understand...the robe! Just exquisite from start to finish. Well done!

This was the most expensive hotel I ever stayed in but it was worth it. Every Hotel is expensive in this area of Chicago and the Illinois and Chicago tax made it even more expensive. I'm not rich but I felt like it here everything was perfect.
