Exceptional Service and Luxury at Its Finest
My wife and I had the pleasure of spending a night at the Trump Tower Hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel's quality and service exceeded our expectations in every way. Having traveled extensively and stayed in numerous hotels around the world, we can confidently say that this was one of the finest experiences we've had. Our receptionist, Eviana, was outstanding and deserves special recognition. She went above and beyond to ensure that every request we made during our stay was met with a smile and prompt attention. Her exceptional service and warm hospitality made our stay truly remarkable. We will definitely be returning to the Trump Tower Hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and unforgettable experience.

The absolute best service and experience in Chicago! Jennifer, our hostess at Terrace 16, even offered to play photographer. Amazing food, cleanliness, ambiance, service, and experience in Chicago! Not my first trip, or my last. In a world of lost service, Trump Tower Chicago is so appreciated.

Greatest Hostess
Let me start here, This was our third visit already this year to the Trump Terrace . On our second visit we meet the Trumps number 1 hostess JENNIFER. Jennifer is our main go to at Trump,she has taken care of multi asks on my behalf. My advice is anyone planning on attending Terrace 16 contact Jennifer upon arrival. If anyone at Terrace 16 reads this Do Not let Jennifer getaway.

Maurice was excellent my guest and myself had a great time. Trump Tower is one of the nicest properties in Chicago. If you’re looking for excellence look no further. The drinks are great. The staff is great. The hotel is great. You can’t go wrong with a Trump property.
