Very bad services, personnel not kind at all. At the 4th day I have asked to clean up the room at 12:30, after one hour waiting I’ve asked again at the reception and they apologize telling me that the room will be cleaned immediately. After one more hour, I complained again and again the receptionist apologized and assured me that the room will be cleaned up. The room finally has been cleaned at 16:15!!!

Maurice is outstanding. His hospitality is above and beyond. He was the highlight of our brief visit. I would recommend asking for Maurice at the rooftop bar. He will ensure you find comfortable accommodations and give you and your group a first class experience.

The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and well-appointed, with all the luxurious amenities one would expect from a top-tier hotel. The hotel's facilities, including the spa and fitness center, were also excellent. Overall, my experience at the Trump International Hotel & Tower Chicago was outstanding, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking luxury accommodations in the heart of the city. This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The courtesy, the friendliness the welcoming nature from the staff is absolutely impeccable. Special mention to Myesha Smith her vibe and great energy is something every high end hotel should have she is truly the best!! No wonder this hotel is rated 5 stars because of such amazing service!
