Hotel was clean and had a good location. It's an older property and you can tell from the layout. A little cramped feeling. Only overhead light was right next to the doorway, so about four different lamps had to be turned on separately to get decent light. Even then it was dark.

I was very disappointed in the quality of the bed as it was advertised as a Superior King bed. It was the hardest thing I have ever slept on and as a result was extremely tired and sore for my morning meeting. I will not stay here again and I will also let our corporate booking group know that I did not have a good experience.

The lobby and restaurants were beautiful, but the room was dated. While the view was beautiful, and the bathroom was very clean (which is very important to me), I had no functioning outlets, with the exception of one 2-prong outlet that I unplugged the alarm clock from so I could charge my phone.

The location of the hotel is excellent especially if you plan to shop. The room had an older décor. The staff was quite helpful, both prior to our stay when we needed information on which EL lines to take from the airport to the hotel to assisting us in making reservations and giving us ideas on places to dine. When we called for "ice" the service was timely.

The people that worked there was great ,the food was good, the location was Great. If we did not get it on a discount price I would not of like it. Valet parking was $65 ,Breakfast for 2 was $40 , room Was renovated, but it was old looking ,The shower had no water pressure .sorry to say I would not say there again .
