I arrived at the Hotel after a delayed flight, tired and completely exhausted. I was received at the front desk with a hearty welcome, an efficient and professional check-in by Ben, His friendly demeanor and helpfulness in providing the necessary information to begin my business trip, set the tone for my stay. The property is well maintained and I found my room more than adequate and the bed and linen extremely comfortable. Great location and great service, I will recommend and return when I am in Chicago again!

The supervisor Benjamin was amazing from the moment I got there. Very helpful and friendly couldn’t ask for a better experience!!! Extremely helpful with any questions I had. Was able to offer me suggestions about the city such as food, fun things to do and sight seeing amazing staff !

The staff here at this hotel was phenomenal especially Kamaya. Everyone was helpful and proactive whenever I needed a question or concern answered or tended to. They were quick to take care of the things I needed and wanted. I really enjoyed my stay here and will be likely to book here again in the future.

I stayed in the hotel from 5th-10th March for a work trip where I was the coach for a team that was participating in the INADR competition and the hotel was recommended as the hotel to use for the purposes of the competition. This trip was a corporate booking and organized through a corporate booking company who paid for the stay. We believed breakfast had been included but this was not the case. The company contacted the hotel and the hotel advised that they could call up on the day of check out and pay for the additional cost of breakfast. However, this was incorrect information and when the management company tried to do this on the day of check out the hotel then advised it was not possible. The charge for breakfast was automatically taken from my card which I had to swipe as a security deposit instead of the management company's card. I was assured by numerous staff at the desk that once the management company then called up the next day to pay for the breakfast charge that the hotel would issue a refund to my account. But they would not return our bags to us before I paid the amount on the day. The management company then paid for the breakfast charge in the following days.  It is now 7 weeks later, and no refund has been issued to my card and the management company have made various attempts to speak to the hotel, as have I, to get this issue resolved to no avail. The hotel have taken both our payments despite only being entitled to one.  Have seen other issues on here about the hotel not refunding deposits seems like an ongoing theme. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed of your money!

If you are looking for a perfect location, accesible as costs, and with amazing customer service, do not hesitate to come to the WhiteHall Hotel. Aja from the front desk was great! Always responding to every request and very customer centric. Also Alex from the door service, always willing to help. The hotel is clean, rooms are big, the Asian bar is very good. They provide french and Italian wine as very good cost! One block to Michigan Avenue and 3 for renting the bikes. I will definitely come back
