Everything is fine just the internet on the room they didn’t resolved the problem all the week I stay

My wife and I stayed at this resort for one week (plus a day due to flight cancellation). We discussed together it's rating while we were there. The food 5/10 due to repeat displays in buffet and in some cases we believe day old food, Entertainment 7/10 thanks to a great Michael Jackson show. Rooms 5/10 due to low shower flow and dowdy room overall. Staff 9/10 they were great. Facilities like pool/bars/stores 8/10. No shortages of anything they even had mustard and ketchup. Beach was a 10/10 as sand was great, could not find a rock anywhere in our out of the water. We would not call it a 5 star resort, more like 4 1/2 but we would go back if our budget was tight. We paid $1325 CAD each.

Everything was perfect! Room, food, drinks, beach, pool, entertainment, service, communication, all absolutely wonderful!

My wife and I just came back from our 4th trip to Melia Cayo Coco! It was unforgettable! The service is always amazing. The food is great, a lot of variety - seafood, meat, etc! Staff is very well trained, administration is very helpful and all issues get resolved very quickly. The floor managers Lucy and Yunismy were very attentive and solved any issues in a snap! This place is exceptional, we love it and highly recommend it! Please don't rush to go there and make it too crowded because it is our go to place :) Thank you Melia Cayo Coco for your service! My wife, Muriel and I pre-arranged a visit to the resort with another couple much like we did last spring when we visited another Cuban resort on Cayo Coco. The person who allowed us to do so was Gippsy and the friendship and generosity was equally extended to us dispite a very busy week for the resport which was also expecting many dignitaries, high-ranking officials and bosses of every nature. This time when we arrived, we were greeted with the same type of affection and friendship that we have known to be commonplace here and something that we hold close to our hearts. Just when we walked in...the relaxed vibe, the warmth and welcoming energy hit us telling us that we had just come home to a very familiar and lovely place. A place where we feel so comfortable...like family. We felt excepted, respected and appreciated like family. It was wonderful to see the front desk staff, customer service staff, the bar staff and the lunch servers and of course King Charles...a well-loved man and great friend. It was Cuban day at the cuban restaurant with the wonderful band led by Ridel and Yusmelkys of course took very good care of us as she has done for so many for years. Then Prince came in and everything changed! He sat down with us, (we had several soft drinks) and he treated the crowd to a wonderful dancing display. Wow...did we ever have a great time! It was the highlight of out week! It taught us to stop wasting our time going to other resorts we have not yet visited because none of them have ever compared to our one true home. Thank you Gippsy xoxo. From now on...there will only one real legitimate place for us to go. It has become an obvious choice for us.
