My wife and I visited this hotel last month. The place is Huge! and beautiful. All the rooms and like little villas, nicely decorated, with kitchen, dinning table, studio, master bedroom and spacious bathroom. The breakfast buffet is the best!! they have everything you would imagine. The staff is very friendly and eager to help. This place is surrounded by millions of trees and overlooks Lago Di Lugano. It is located in the mountains and you can breath pure air from the mountains. It is a family hotel, because it has plenty of amenities for kids. It is well kept and well organized. Also, the price was very good. Great place to stay if you plan to visit Bellagio or Lago di Como.

We stayed 2 adults & 2 kids 12&13 in autumn after season & still could swim in the lake :-) Most friendly staff ever! Good service! We will come back in summer to feel the full season service with all bars open. Great place for families , as parents can enjoy spa & more while kids are in the clubs.

This is a paradise with a family with children. Its a superb place but its their Kids Club that makes it so exceptional for us. 3 kids clubs for different ages with lots of interesting activities kept our kids so happy that they didnt want to have lunch and dinner with us but would stay in the club from 9 am to 9 pm if we let them. If you want to have a perfect holiday as a couple and have your kids looked after - this is a dream place for that. Thank you so much to the Kids Club team ( Sylvia, Yannic, Elvira, Frederica and Florentine). You made our holidays so enjoyable! Your water sports team are great too! Make sure you try different sports when you are in the hotel. Tatian and Luca are very friendly and will advise you. The hotel itself is very nice, staff are super friendly! Especially the girls at the reception and the waitresses at the Breakfast! Your breakfasts are second to none and your juicer where you can make your own juice is a nice addition. A tip for the visitors. Dont go half board. Its not worth it. Walk 500 m from the hotel one or the other direction along the coast and you will have a super dinner in the 2 best restaurants in the region. Mind you some part of this is on the actual road but only a short part of the road doesnt have a path. To the hotel staff - you need to do something about the chlorine level in the inside small pool. All my kids who usually dont real had allergic reaction on our first day and we didnt go back there. It was overcrowded anyway. A really nice hotel - we cant wait to be back!!!

We spent 4 days in August here with our two children (11+13). It is a great property directly on the lake with lots of activities and good accommodation. We enjoyed our stay and the food here is good. We probably wouldn't stay if we didn't have children but they do cater for adults and have an adult spa. The staff are very polite and the facilities and rooms are kept very clean. Our son loved the giant inflatable slide in the lake and there is banana boating and rubber ring rides available throughout the day, which the children loved.

The hioyel's setting is amazing, overlooking the beautiful lake. Staff very friendly and helpful. My son have dietary restrictions (gluten-free, dairy-free) and everyone was very helpful in that regard. Private beach is great and beautifully kept. The grounds and rooms are spotless. Suitable for all types of travelers. Highly recommended.
